It is a very cosy and bright flat, ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 3 people, with a pleasant bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, connected to a small balcony overlooking the sea, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Strategically located in the village of San Andres, a few steps from the beach, ideal for lovers of hiking, the sea and local cuisine.

This flat has a tremendous view over the sea which is literally over the road. There is a swimming spot 100 yds away and the beach is 5 minutes walk. It is modern with a well equipped kitchen. The traffic and pedestrian noise from below was mild (in Feb) and the balcony is great for people watching. It could do with more storage space in the lounge e.g. cupboards or shelves at either end of the sofa bed. The online staff are helpful. The company has a very unusual policy for a higher grade flat of giving you only two toilet rolls and 2 bin bags no matter how long your stay. This caused us some aggravation and but for this our rating would have been higher. We hope the company will rethink what must be a highly counter-productive cost saving due to its negative effect on their ratings.

Excellent location, quiet, nice view on sea & super reactive team
- The location is very handy, in front of the bus stop and in the center of town. Getting to Santa Cruz by bus takes around 20 min. Supermarket and restaurants are nextdoor and the beach is only a few hundred meters away. If you plan to visit the Anaga mountains and around, there are buses leaving from San Andres to get easily there. A nice base to visit the far north!
- The room is at the back and it is quiet at night. The view over the sea is wonderful.
- The team is super efficient: one evening we ran out of gas. I sent an email to the team, hoping to get it replaced next morning... but it was done in the next hour, though it was late.
It's really to find something to say:
- Soundproofing: we were unlucky to have neighbors walking heavily and it was sometimes annoying.
- There was only a very small italian coffee machine, just enough for a cup... )

Such a wonderful location
Couldn't find anything better near Las Teresitas beach. Far better option than accomodation in crowdy hotels. The building is modernized, equipment is new.
It's true that low levels are too noisy because of the buses standing on bus stops in front of the entrance for long periods of time. The buses are either worn and loud or they are hybrid and recharging their batteries with engine running on high rpm from time to time. Some noise is also made by people waiting in the line to bar next door and around bus stops. On the other hand apartments 4, 5 and 6 in the attic are more quiet but still one has to get there by steep stairs at least once a day and that is annoying, especially on first day when carrying luggage upstairs. Bedrooms are located in the other (more quiet) side of the building so it might be enough to shut balcony door in the front and close bedroom door to get rid of the noise.
