Located in the heart of the city centre, on Avenida Anaga, with all the necessary services around, close to the main points of interest of the capital.

This spectacular flat is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, with a perfectly distributed space with access to a cozy terrace with wonderful panoramic sea views, where you can have lunch and relax. The sleeping area has a double bed made up of two single beds that can be joined together or separated as needed. In addition, it has Smart TV, Internet Wifi Fiber 600mb, monitor and office desk, designed and fully adapted for teleworking.

Located in one of the most popular streets of the city characterized by its services and restaurants, but at the same time in a very quiet area, where you can walk to the main tourist attractions of the city. It also has a very good connection to the motorway, perfect to reach both the south and the north of the island.

The paintings that decorate the rooms are the work of the Canarian digital artist Carlos Bardeau @charls_drawing.

Schönes Appartement, aber laut

Das Appartment ist schön renoviert, Küche inkl. Nespresso Maschine. Schöner Blick aufs Meer, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Parkplatz gut zu finden. Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch/Bildschirm. Strand Las Teresitas gut zu erreichen, sowie das Anaga Gebirge. Jedoch ist die 4-spurige Strasse sehr laut, sowie die grossen Fähren im Hafen, die oft einfahren. Der Nachbar schaut sehr laut TV. Das fast Schlimmste ist ein Geruch nach faulen Eiern von draussen und im Toilettenschacht - sehr schade.

L'appartement est bien placé, c'est agréable d'aller en ville à pied, commerces à proximité. L'appartement est petit mais bien agencé. Par contre, l'endroit est assez bruyant, fenêtres fermées, ça va. Le moins agréable était une mauvaise odeur persistante, surtout dans la salle d'eau.
