Beautiful designer studio in Santa Cruz, with a spectacular terrace as the main feature of the property and views of the city. Elegant, with an exquisite decoration, where every detail has been taken care of. It has a work desk, monitor and 600mb fibre Wifi internet, designed for teleworking. Located in the heart of the city centre with all the necessary services around, very close to the main shopping centres, auditorium and International Trade Fair and Congress Centre.

This beautiful flat is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, with an open space that connects the equipped kitchen with the sleeping area with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed and office. With air conditioning, heating and Internet Wifi Fiber to 600mb. The most important part of the house is its beautiful terrace with different spaces where you can disconnect or eat outdoors.Located in the centre of Santa Cruz in the area of La Salle, a few steps from the main shopping centres of the city and with very good connection through the ring road to the south of the island.

The paintings that decorate the rooms are the work of the Canarian digital artist Carlos Bardeau @charls_drawing.

The apartment is lovely. The payment, check-in and other experiences with the company managing the property were horrible. I would not rent from this company again. Most unfortunate because the apartment is nice and well located.

Would stay again if Home2Book sort out their instructions

Great apartment, bathroom small but adequate. Lovely terrace but hardly gets sun, not an issue for us. Nice touch of bottle of wine and sweets when we got there. As per my review title, we followed instructions to access the foyer of building but these were incorrect, we contacted Home2book and ( eventually) got access code for apartment door, but the instructions for foyer access need to be sorted.

Tres bel appartement en plein centre ville

A part les explications confuses en photos pour entrer dans l’immeuble, j’ai conseillĂ© d’ailleurs Ă  l’agence de faire une vidĂ©o explicative Ă  la place car mĂȘme en traduction Google on ne comprend pas comment entrer dans les 2 entrĂ©es du bĂątiment Ceci dit l’agence locale Home2book a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©active pour un samedi en fin de journĂ©e, et m’a permis d’entrer finalement.Ensuite pour tous les jours avec les clefs Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de l’appartement plus de soucis pour les accĂšs. L’appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs propre. Sur la trĂšs belle TV nous avons regrettĂ© de ne pas avoir de chaĂźnes Ă©trangĂšres dont tv5 monde en français par exemple La situation est parfaite avec trois centres commerciaux tout prĂšs. Centre aquatique avec ses immense piscine sont un atout Ă©galement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dĂšs que possible

Nice apartment - confused management

Excellent site, reasonable location, quarrelsome manager.Wanted to make me pay for fixing a stuck bathroom door which would not open as we entered thr property. In the end it was fixed free of charge at 10 pm. Also we could enter the building only by sheer luck: directions given seem not to work.
