The house is cozy and equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to the two large verandas, ideal for relaxing. It is located about 600 meters from the sea, near the coast of Inspector "Montalbano", the tourist port of Marina di Ragusa and the sailing club of Caucana.

It is composed of: living room with kitchenette , bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds , bathroom , front porch with wooden shed and back porch with laundry room and two bathrooms . There are two bathrooms , one inside and one outside, both with shower . And ' this air conditioner , refrigerator , oven , washing machine, garden furniture.

You will find some bikes to get around freedom ( 5 minutes from the center of Marina di Ragusa and the house of Montalbano ) , crockery , linen and a welcome basket with oil, water , pasta, sugar and salt.

Suitable for families, within walking distance of about 400 meters . from the house ( especially in summer ) , you will find everything you need: pharmacy, grocery store fruits and vegetables , Bakery, Bar , Restaurants / Pizza / Caterers , Butchers , Fish , Tobacco , Newsstand , Movie in the summer, to the Church ' open (only weekends and holidays in the summer) .. Etcc bus stop to all destinations nearby ( Ibla , Modica , Scicli, Comiso ( airport 20 km. ) and Marina di Ragusa) . Every Wednesday morning , a large weekly market ( period end of June / mid September).

Great host quiet and modern

Lovely welcome and a well apponted small villa quiet and 2 mins drive from a really nice beach .. ponto secco 3 km away ..good restaurants and cafes we would recommend to any couples

Una bellissima settimana nella Sicilia del Barocco!

Casa molto accogliente e comoda. Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Giorgio e Stefania sono stati davvero disponibili e molto cordiali. Sempre pronti a dare suggerimenti sui posti da vedere, sui percorsi e pronti a risolvere eventuali problemi che per fortuna nel nostro caso non abbiamo avuto. I paesi della zona sono molto belli (Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Marina di Ragusa) e le spiagge (punta Secca, punta Braccetto, donna Lucata, San Lorenzo) sono favolose con acqua limpida. Molto bella da visitare anche Siracusa e Ortigia con le sue stradine.... Da visitare il castello di Donnafugata per fare un tuffo nel passato!

abbiamo trascorso 13gg favoli in questa terra meravigliosa che è la Sicilia! Giorgio è una persona veramente squisita che ci ha anche mostrato uno scorcio di Sicilia “vera” che non finiremo mai di ringraziare!!!

Un piacevole angolo di tranquillità nella terra di Montalbano

Siamo stati a Casuzze presso questa villetta la seconda settimana di giugno. L'alloggio è dotato di qualsiasi comfort e molto curato. Quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario, la cucina finemente accessoriata, e la piacevolezza del pergolato davanti all'ingresso che ci ha permesso di godere dell'aria aperta anche nei momenti trascorsi a casa. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare anche molte informazioni sui dintorni e ci ha consigliato su cosa visitare nei pochi giorni a nostra disposizione. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio!

Ottimo Soggiorno

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno a dir poco incantevole. La villetta è provvista di tutto il necessario (aria condizionata, cucina super attrezzata, tv, bicicletta etc etc...non manca NULLA) ed ha anche un ampio spazio all'aperto dove poter fare colazione e/o cenare in completo relax. Il Sig. Giorgio (che saluto caramente) è stato veramente gentile e disponibile.

Eine erholsame Auszeit im Nirgendwo

Wir waren Anfang Juni 2017 zwölf Tage in Giorgios Ferienhaus in Casuzze. Vermieter: Giorgio ist ein super Vermieter! Er spricht vor allem Italienisch, gibt sich aber viel Mühe, schriftliche und mündliche Anfragen auf Englisch zu beantworten. Vor und während dem Aufenthalt hat er auf alle Nachrichten sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft und per Whatsapp gibt Giorgio eine Vielzahl von Ausflugs-Tipps. Ansonsten verhält er sich diskret und man sieht ihn eigentlich nur bei Ankunft und Abreise. Ausstattung: Das Haus hat einen Gasherd, Elektrobackofen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Tupperboxen und was man sonst so zum Kochen und Essen braucht. Ein schnelles W-LAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus ist schön mit vielen Blumen (die von den Mietern jeden zweiten Tag gegossen werden sollten), gepflegt und sauber und sollte von den Gästen auch so behandelt werden - außenrum liegen nämlich viele Ameisen "auf der Lauer" und schnell hat man eine Ameisenstraße quer durch die Wohnung, weil ein kleiner Krümel irgendwo liegengeblieben ist. Fenster ohne Fliegengitter nicht lange offen lassen, Müllsäcke auf einen Stuhl stellen und täglich in einer der Tonnen am Straßenrand entsorgen, Essen aller Art am besten in Tupperboxen im Kühlschrank verstauen. Weiterhin gibt es vorne und hinten jeweils eine Terrasse, eine Klimaanlage für Küche und Schlafzimmer, einen Warmwasser-Boiler zum Duschen sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett für 2 Kinder. Sogar ein Fahrrad und ein sehr guter Strandschirm werden von Giorgio zur Verfügung gestellt. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt am Haus war die Matratze, diese ist recht hart und man spürt viele Federn. Lage: Das Haus liegt am nördlichen Rand von Casuzze. In der dörflichen Umgebung gibt es nicht viel, man braucht zu Fuß ca. 10min zum Strand sowie zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt. Im Juni standen die meisten Häuser im Ort leer - fanden wir gut. Aber man sollte sich für den Aufenthalt einen Mietwagen zulegen, damit kommt man in das weitaus schönere Marina di Ragusa mit noch tolleren Stränden und großen Supermärkten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man auch die richtig tollen Ortschaften im Landesinneren wie Ragusa Ibla, Modica und Syrakus erkunden. Empfehlungen: Für Eis - Caffè Delle Rose, für Essen - Ristorante-Pizzeria Imperial, zum Einkaufen - großer Eurospar, alles in Marina di Ragusa. Klima: Das Meerwasser ist Anfang Juni etwas kühl, dafür ist fast nix los am Strand.
