Séjour parfait à Santa Ana La maison est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos, très propre, confortable et agréable. L’accueil d’Irène a été chaleureux, avec une communication simple fluide et agréable . Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et reviendrons avec plaisir. Quel maison reposante et apaisante. Wir waren 9 Personen.Die Vermieter schlecht erreichbar. Die Empfangsdame konnte weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Auf keinen Fall eignet sich dieses Objekt für 9 Personen wie ausgeschrieben. Die Empfangsdame hatte leider keine Ahnung von dem Objekt. Das 4. Schlafzimmer im OG nicht abschließbar weil es eine Art Galerie ist und eher als Abstellkammer dient, in der eine Tischtennisplatte diverse Möbel , Schreibtische, Regale vollgestopft mit altem Zeug, Tisch mit Läufern und irgendwelchen alten nicht brauchbaren Spielen übersät ist. Alles alt, staubig und es roch auch so. Ein Schlafsofa was nicht gerichtet war. Die Dame wußte nicht mal wie das funktioniert. Ein Feldbett sollte das 9. Bett sein. Nicht brauchbar. Das Haus insgesamt abgewohnt, marode. Die Küche dreckig und teilweise nicht zu gebrauchende Utensilien wie kaputte sich auflösende schwarz verbrannte Töpfe (Bilder vorhanden), sowie schon 2020 abgelaufene Kräuter, Essig u.s.w., was nicht entsrogt wurde. Ein Bad war ok die anderen alt, teils die Fliesen kaputt. An keinem Schrank funktionierten die Türknäufe (vielen zum Teil ab) . Die Türklinken ebenfalls. Das Aussenmobilar : Stühle teils zerrissen(Bilder vorhanden) nicht zu gebrauchen. Steckdosen teilweise lose. Das beste ist der Pool, er ist groß und gepflegt, dieser wurde zweimal gereinigt in 14 Tagen. Der Rasen wurde ebenfalls gesäubert (Laubbläser) Wir haben schon sehr oft Urlaub in Spanien gemacht aber so ein abgewohntes dreckiges Haus haben wir noch nicht gehabt.

Vacances reposantes dans un cadre privilégié
Nous avons passé avec ma famille et nos amis de très bonnes vacances.
Voici les points positifs :
- un environnement privilégié dans un golf à l'abri des pins et au calme. C'est ce que l'on a préféré.
- piscine de taille très confortable et entretenue par le jardinier. Pas de sécurité pour les enfants
- jardin très bien entretenu également et spacieux. Les enfants peuvent jouer aisément.
- maison spacieuse qui se compose de deux chambres communicantes avec salle de bain
Une autre chambre avec sa salle d'eau.
Et un étage avec clic clac et salle d'eau.
- bien équipée. Nous avons eu quelques surprises avec d'anciens outils ou équipements mais rien de bien méchant car l'essentiel est en bon état de marche
- gros potentiel de visites dans les alentours. Voiture donc indispensable.
-excellente communication avec la propriétaire
Points à améliorer :
- retirer les objets personnels dans les tiroirs par exemple ou dans la déco. Avec les enfants il faut être très vigilants pour ne pas abîmer
- pour ma part, la literie était un peu dure
En conclusion, nos vacances ont été réussies dans ce lieu. Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir si l'occasion se présentait.

Casa muy bien acondicionada, bien situada y limpia, con una grande y bonita piscina, aunque no del todo limpia, requiere un mantenimiento diario. Exquisito trato con la propietaria, al igual que con su personal de limpieza y jardinería.

Très agréable maison de vacances
Une grande et belle maison très bien équipée dans un cadre très agréable : grand jardin arboré, golf, belle piscine.
Village avec tous les commerces à 5 mn en voiture. La mer et belles plages à moins de 10 kms. Chemins de randonnée à proximité immédiate.
La propriétaire Mme Santa Ana, très agréable interlocutrice, parle parfaitement français et fournit toutes les informations utiles à l'avance.
Seul petit bémol : le bruit des engins des jardiniers plusieurs fois par semaine dans les maisons alentour.
