Enjoying sitting in the lush backyard overlooking trees and foliage. Across the street from a 50 acre preserve that leads directly to a staircase down to the beach. Ten easy minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. Two of the bedrooms double as offices - perfect for a work/play stay.
