Charming 2-bedroom cottage with Hot Tub; walk and bike everywhere!

This Santa Barbara cottage boasts 2 inviting bedrooms and 1.5 baths. This is my actual home and was designed with love; no generic rental decor here! The cozy space includes new furniture, a brand new 2-person hot tub, WiFi, portable AC units if needed, a washing machine and dryer, and heating. Kitchen has Viking stove and counter seating as well as expandable dining table. The primary bathroom has a large shower and a Toto bidet. Close to everything Santa Barbara offers - walk 2 blocks to the arts district and Public Market, and just one mile to the beach. The bike path takes you one mile to the beach and one mile to Cottage Hospital. Rental e-bike station is just around the corner from the house.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
