This condo was completely remodeled in 2018 and has all new appliances. In 2021, the owners redecorated the unit with modern Scandinavian furniture and artwork that complements the Santa Barbara setting. The comfortable living room looks out to the garden and patio which is excellent for entertainment with wonderful views. The patio has a dining table and new Weber grill.
The kitchen has everything for any cooking and baking you might want to do. The downstairs has a half-bath while the upstairs has a split bathroom (shower and toilet in one room, and wash area in another) located between the two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a full-size desk and its window overlooks the quiet courtyard.
This condo has its own parking space and easy access to laundry facilities, two pools, a sauna and hot tub. It is adjacent to a 50-acre natural area with hiking trails and spectacular views of the ocean.
