VILLA ADELINA - SORRENTO AREA
Villa Adelina is a modern private house with private swimming pool, located within walking distance from restaurants, shops and public transport. Only a few metres away from the house, there is the bus stop. A car is not needed to stay at this villa but if you do have a car, you will be able to park free of charge on the reserved premises (covered parking in a fenced yard). The villa is ideal for those who do not wish to drive.

The villa develops over three levels and to reach is from street level, there are 10 steps up.

On the lower level (below ground floor) we find the first living room equipped with two sofas (one is a double sofa bed), TV, a small pool table and small dining table with chairs, gym equipment, table tennis and a Foosball table . Here, there is one air conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine.

On the ground floor, we have a second living area, with large windows and French doors that open onto the terrace, garden and pool area, making it a bright and modern space. It includes two sofas, TV corner, and table and chairs for dining next to a beautiful large marble fireplace. This room is air conditioned. The separate and modern kitchen has direct access to the pool area and the al-fresco dining area, and comes equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, etc.

On the first floor, we find the sleeping area, consisting of: two double bedrooms each with TV, air conditioning, heating and direct access to a balcony; one bedroom that can be either a twin or a double (by joining the beds together) with TV, air conditioning, heating and an en-suite bathroom with double sink, bidet and hydro-massage bathtub. There is another separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, we find a beautiful garden with lawn, a private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.2 – 1.7m deep; open from the beginning of April until the end of October) with sun lounges, outdoor shower and umbrella. There is a barbecue, various seating areas, table and chairs and a parasol.
