The property develops on 3 levels, it is immersed in a lush private garden, it is divided in two units and t boasts plenty of outdoor space, with a beautiful private pool, which is 8x4 meters large and 1,20­1,70 meters deep, several sitting areas, BBQ and an external shower as well. It consists of four bedrooms in total, three bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 10 people (two persons in a sofa­bed).
The villa has 2 entrances, one is situated at the front of the property with access to the private garage that offers space for up to 3 normal sized cars or 4 small sized cars. The other entrance is accessed from the rear of the property.
From the garage you can access the house through an internal door, which leads to the gorgeous suite that is very bright and airy.
On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living area equipped with 2 large sofas, TV, and a dining table with chairs set in front of a big marble fireplace.
The kitchen is on the same floor and has all the appliances you may need to self­cater such as: a big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and much more, as well as a further dining table with chairs for up to 6 people.
From the kitchen you can access the pool area through a glass door where is a dining area with table and chairs ideal for al fresco meals or to enjoy breakfast by the pool.
From the ground floor you can reach the basement, through an internal staircase, as soon as you enter this room you will be impressed by its original style. Hera are found a living area with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), TV a pool table, and a small dining table with chairs. In order to reach the sleeping area, provided with 2 single beds (pull­out bed) and a wardrobe, there are 7 steps to climb. This floor has en­suite bathroom equipped with shower and washing machine.
Even though the suite is in the basement, it is very bright thanks to the windows which allow the light flood in.
From the ground floor, through a staircase, you reach the first level where are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and they share a beautiful marble bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with high quality materials and great attention to details.
The master bedroom has en­suite bathroom with double sink and a Jacuzzi tub, a large wardrobe and a king size bed 2x2 meters that can be divided in 2 large single beds if requested.
The room is made with high quality materials, with a predominance of wood and luxury marble.
All the bedrooms have air­conditioning, TV as well as access to the shared balcony that goes around the whole perimeter of the building.
