Vista inmejorable.

Fui con mi marido la semana pasada y quedamos maravillados con el hotel. La ubicación es excelente, la gente muy amable y la habitación muy grande con una sala de estar. La vista al mar es inmejorable. Si van con auto, les dan una credencial para poder estacionar en la calle las 24 horas.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel ! Friendliest staff I have met and an amazing breakfast included each morning. Rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed here for 4 nights for a friends wedding in Sorrento and loved staying at Villa Garden. The final morning we had a car picking us up at 5;30 AM and the man behind the front desk went in the back and brought us out cappuccinos and a small dish of Italian pastries. Well above and beyond what we would have expected. If I could leave 10 stars for a review I most definitely would.

Great hotel away from the crowds

Great hotel in a quiet area but still walkable to Sorrento and local restaurants. Pool was really nice and the views are fantastic

Woman at check in was incredible. Our fault, we did not catch her name but she very quickly checked us in and showed us our room. Upon checkout we had a few hours to kill and she held our luggage and organized a taxi to pick up the luggage and pick us up in town to bring us to the port. Incredibly sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If everyone is like this at the Hotel they are in tremendous hands!

This is the most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful location. We loved our stay here so much. The staff were so helpful in organising anything we needed including a driver for a day trip around the coast which was so special. Got a lot of pool time and drinks taking in the views. We opted to walk to everywhere which was fine (flat all the way to Sorrento but it’s a decent walk). We hope to be back some day!

Clean and quiet hotel. Beautiful location to watch the sunset but a long way away from the main square/restaurants/ attractions. 30 minute walk or €25 taxi. Would have given 4 stars but a negative interaction left me feeling like I was trying to be scammed. I do not recommend booking an airport transfer through the hotel, they attempted to charge us double the agreed upon price due to our flight being delayed 7 hours stating the driver made two trips to Naples from Sorrento. However our driver told us he was aware of our delay and was tracking our flight from the day before and knew of our new arrival time. We also had to wait more than an hour for our transfer to arrive. Very frustrating experience. While I know the driver is independently contracted through the hotel, it was a very negative experience to have a delayed checkout and an argument to end our experience.

The staff were the friendliest and most attentive of all the hotels that we stayed throughout our two weeks in Italy. The room was large, impeccably decorated and designed and comfortable. The breakfast was great and again the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. Grazie mille to Villa Garden for our stay!

every one there was excellent, great service and the hotel is beautiful and charming. a lot of place to eat and the beach is right down the street. You have to pay for chairs but you can stay on the board walk sunbathing for free. the pool at the hotel is quiet but beautiful and really well maintain. Very pretty Hotel, will recommend it.

I cannot rate this hotel and it's staff highly enough. We were here as part of a larger trip (5 hotels) and this was by far our most favourite. I think the number of guests who were here on their 2nd and 3rd stays says it all. The family and their team were so lovely and friendly. Suffice to say that another stay was already booked before leaving. Thank you again all.

I had a very nice experience with the hotel. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. I will surely be back to this hotel in the future soon. Pool is inviting. Breakfast view is fantastic and the restaurant bar is romantic witnessing the sunset. My stay was amazing. 💛

We absolutely loved our stay at HVG and will absolutely be coming back in the future to stay again! The facility was beautiful, the hotel overlooked the water which was stunning, and the amenities, such as the pool, were so well taken care. There is a restaurant at the hotel that serves delicious food and again, overlooks the water. While at the pool you can enjoy snacks and drinks or even a light lunch if you choose. Breakfast is included and was delicious and again had the best views! Our room, which had a patio attached, was perfect, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the retractable/automatic blinds too. It felt super cozy to sleep. The staff was absolutely fantastic as well. Not only were they friendly and kind, they were very helpful and accommodating. While in Sant’Agnello, the hotel is only a 30 minute walk to downtown Sorrento, but the hotel can also call a taxi for you. We opted to walk to get some exercise and it was super easy! I couldn’t recommend this place more and was so sad that we only got 4 nights here. Next time, we will ensure we get to stay longer!

Superb!

Service is impecable! About 20 minutes from center square, but a nice change for quite beautiful surroundings. Pool is gorgeous and we enjoyed great food on site while enjoying sunset views. Breakfast was over the top and all delicious. Hostesses helped with taxis and transfers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to fellow travelers.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was elegant, prisine and comfortable. The views from the terrace of Sorrento Bay were amazing especially at sunset. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is an excellent lido a few minutes walk away. The hotel pool was immaculate , quiet and had comfortable sun loungers. Looking forward to returning.
