The house features an open kitchen integrated with the dining-living room, with access to a spacious 24m2 porch equipped with garden furniture, an area that offers moments of relaxation and entertainment. All on one level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bed measuring 1.60m + 1 bunk bed (2 x 90) + 1 single bed of 90, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional WC. Wifi, Air conditioning in the dining room (split), a 3 x 6 pool that invites you to take a refreshing dip on sunny and hot days.
