On the ground floor: American kitchen very comfortable living room, bedroom with 2 beds x 90 + full bathroom. Access to the porch equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy good prepared meals to the barbecue. In plant: 2 bedrooms with bed x 1,60 and a bathroom with shower. Wifi, air conditioning in all rooms and living room (split system) Swimming pool (3 x 7) with chill-out area and sun loungers, garage for one vehicle. Ideal house to relax and disconnect in a quiet environment. Groups under 25 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
