Situation:

Villa Áncora is located in Binibeca Vell, just 2 minutes walking from the fishing village and just over 10 minutes walking from the beautiful Binibeca beach. Bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are very close. The village of Sant Lluís is about 7 minutes driving and there is a bus line to Mahón.

The house has a porch with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and sofas to relax in the shade. It has an artificial grass area with native vegetation and the pool, 7mx3m, is surrounded by terrace flooring. There is a built-in barbecue and a porch for parking in the shade.
