Villa Perla Nou is a beautiful villa located in the center of Binibeca Nou at only 300 meters from the white sandy beach of Binibeca.
This villa has been recently renovated, and consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and 2 with single beds, each one with a double bed.
With air conditioning, it has 2 complete bathrooms.
So that your stay in it is very comfortable.
The terrace area has a table and chairs where you can dine al fresco in the summer,. covered with awning for when required, the magnificent
Swimming pool for swimming and relaxing and then sunbathing on the sun loungers. You will enjoy some distant views of the sea.
The house is only 13 km from Menorca airport. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars and leisure areas such as kayaking,
Bicycles, diving etc. Several restaurants just a few meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell.
Apart from the beach of Binibeca you will also find the beaches of Binisafua, Punta Prima, Alcaufar or if you prefer to swim in the rocks, you can go to the beach of Binibeca Vell.
