Villa Las Rosas is well located in S’Algar, close to the seafront and local amenities. A selection of restaurants and shops is within a short walk, while the sandy Cala Alcaufar beach is around a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the villa. This bright and airy 3 bedroom house features a lovely pool area, and includes WiFi as well as air conditioning/heating in the double bedroom, lounge and hall.

A selection of shops, cafes and restaurants is within easy reach, and the area also has a children’s play park and a popular diving centre. The rocky seafront is ideal for sunbathing, while the nearest sandy beach, Cala Alcaufar, is around a 5 minute drive from the villa.
