If you're looking to escape mass tourism and want to stay in an area with no hotels or noisy bars, then Binisafua/Binisafuller Playa is your ideal destination (the name changes depending on whether it's written in Catalan/Minorcan or Spanish).

Elegantly furnished with flair and attention to detail, the villa offers sea views from the master suite’s private terrace.
Located at the end of a quiet, well-kept private road in a peaceful residential area, there is no car traffic.

THE VILLA

This fully detached villa offers three bedrooms:
• 1 master suite with en-suite bathroom and private balcony with sea view
• 2 bright and comfortable twin bedrooms, sharing a spacious bathroom
• Total: 6 comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms

The villa includes:
• A new private pool, sun loungers, and pool/beach towels
• Fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bedrooms with all comforts
• Wi-Fi throughout
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms
• Mosquito screens on all windows

• New 4x8 m pool with gradual depth and internal steps
• Outdoor steel shower with hot and cold water mixer

• Private parking within the property
• Fully fenced villa with wooden gate — ideal for families with children

• Fully equipped kitchen: stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc.
• Open-plan dining area with breakfast bar, table and chairs for 6, glass doors opening to porch and pool
• Two twin/double bedrooms, each with large wardrobes, sharing a spacious bathroom with bidet and large shower
• Hairdryers in both bathrooms
• Large open living room with sliding glass doors to porch and pool; relaxation space with two sofas, new SMART TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime Video subscription at no extra cost), free Wi-Fi
• Loft area above the living room with access to master suite
• New outdoor Bluetooth speakers for your favourite music

Large utility room, accessible from the kitchen and open to the back garden:
• New Washer-dryer, large water heater, iron, new ironing board, ceramic utility sink

• Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bidet and walk-in shower
• Large glass door leads to a private sea-view balcony with two rocking chairs, a small table, and awning
• Dressing area with ample wardrobe space
• Safe (fits laptops up to 17”)

All windows throughout the villa have mosquito screens to ensure peaceful nights for the whole family.

• In the bathrooms, you'll find high-quality organic personal care products
• Available: baby crib, high chair, pool towels, pool/beach towels, beach umbrella, and pool gear — great for travelers arriving by plane
• Our Property Manager Mrs. Imma is available for check-in/out, questions, or maintenance
• The owners speak several languages and are happy to answer any questions

-Cleaning and Linen Policy-
• Weekly cleaning for stays longer than one week
• Clean sheets and towels provided weekly for all rooms (1 full set per guest per week)
• 2 pool/beach towels per guest for the duration of your stay (washer and drying rack available to alternate towels)
• Kitchen linen and 1 blanket per bed included
• Pool cleaned twice per week
• Air conditioning with inverter technology (cooling & heating) throughout the villa

THE SURROUNDING AREA
The villa is located in the residential area of Binisafua Playa, on the south/southwest coast, close to several small beaches and coves with spectacular turquoise waters:
• Calo Blanc – 400 m
• Binisafuller Playa (sandy beach) – 400 m
• Also reachable by foot or bike: Binibeca beach and the picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell
• Sant Lluis, a charming town with all services, is just a few minutes by car
This area is home only to beautiful villas — no hotels or mass tourism — making it popular with both locals and international VIPs. Despite being close to Mahon Airport (approx. 4 km as the crow flies), flights do not operate at night.

The UNESCO-listed "Cami de Cavalls" is just 100 meters away — perfect for walking to Calo Blanc, or for long hikes through protected nature areas, reaching fjord-like inlets such as Binidali and Biniparratx.
Menorca is a peaceful island ideal for family-friendly tourism, with a strong commitment to environmental protection (both land and marine parks).
It also offers archaeological sites, hiking trails, and sport activities.

• Binibeca Vell (20 mins walk): shops, restaurants, charming atmosphere for pleasant evenings
• Club Nautico restaurant, on the path to Binibeca Vell, is located in old boat houses – a unique setting
• Pizzeria Opera and Italian café-bar MonaLisa offer excellent food and are just 200 m from the villa
• Mahon: a lively, beautiful city just 15 minutes by car
• For cooking at home, head to Sa Botiga De S’Uestra on the road to Sant Lluis — a traditional Menorcan grocery store in charming old buildings, offering great local meat, cheese, and produce
