Super villa in a great location

A fantastic week in this villa. Really well equipped, lovely outdoor space and pool, lots of seating outside both covered and round the pool. Great location 5 mins walk to beach, back again is up a hill but not far, 5 mins walk to Caka Torrey for restaurants and small supermarket and 25 min walk to Binibeca Vell with larger supermarket and more restaurants. Juan was super and just at the end of phone if we needed help with anything, responded promptly,a great host and great stay. Thank you

Big handsome villa in superb location with stunning view of the sea.

This beautiful property sits high up above Binibeca Nou looking down on the quiet street to the sea. The views from the terrace and pool are exceptional. A stunning panorama of the sea through some lovely trees. There is a really superb sandy beach at the bottom of the street, only 200 metres away! The villa looks fabulous from any angle, with a nice garden and safe parking behind an electric gate. The area is very clean, tidy, peaceful and pretty, with lots of other impressive properties surrounding it. There are lots of outside sitting areas around the pool and under the terrace. Inside, the villa has a very nice, large, lounge/ diner and a superb, large kitchen for serious cooking if needed. The style is traditional rather than modern or stylish, which is OK. The TV has only Spanish "terrestrial" or a satellite box with only 3 channels; disappointing. The 4 bedrooms are very basic, with a double bed in the "Master" but only numerous simple singles in the other 3 rooms. The bathrooms are similarly very basic, but adequate. The only weak point is the bedrooms/ bathrooms but, to be fair, that did not matter to us at all. We had a great time and were very proud of our beautiful villa and it's incredible location. Mahon is a 15 minute drive. Ciutadella is 60 minutes (via Mahon). The big supermarket in Sant Luis is 10 minutes away or there is a small local one 3 minutes away.

Lovely location, great owners

House just as described, great peaceful location near beach, great for entertaining friends. We had an issue with the mattress, but as soon as we mentioned it to Juan, he organised a replacement which was delivered the next day. Highly recommended. Thank you Juan!
