Biniancollet is located in the municipality of Sant LluĂs, one of the youngest towns on the island. It was founded during the brief stay of the French in Menorca during the 18th century in the southeast of the island.
This luxury detached villaâs is one of three that are available, in a private secured development in Marina de Biniancollet on the south coast of Menorca.
On the ground floor (104.40 m2) consists of hall, laundry room, two double bedrooms, a living-dining room-kitchen and a covered porch (26.64 m2). Upstairs (49.61 m2), consists of an office, a master bedroom with a dressing room, a bathroom and a terrace. Fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi TVs and DVDs.
Cala Biniancolla is a small quiet resort located on the south east coast of the island. The resort offers a small number of hotels, bars and restaurants and for a greater variety Punta Prima is close-by and the capital Mahon and the airport are approx. a 20-minute drive. For further diversion, a waterpark in Punta Prima is only five minuteâs walk.

un séjour au top , villa trÚs agréable
Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en juillet 2023 dans cette villa . Elle est parfaite : grande, fonctionnelle , dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, bbq , lave linge, 2 salles de bains . La piscine est au top en accĂšs direct , les enfants y ont passĂ© tout leur temps :-). A 300 m du petit port de Bianancolla avec ses petites maisons de pĂȘcheur blanches et oĂč l on peut se baigner . Village tranquille. SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able et la qualitĂ© de la maison y a contribuĂ©. A refaire :-)

Ottima vacanza
Annoterei solo il fatto che probabilmente la casa era chiusa da un po' e l'odore negli armadietti della cucina era di chiuso....inoltre molti piatti erano stati messi via non puliti. Per noi italiani andrebbe aggiunto alle dotazioni, per il resto complete, uno scolapasta. Godibilissima la piscina. Grazie a Jan per la disponibilitĂ e l'ottima comunicazione
