To say that Bellamirada has "sea view" is an understatement. This apartment is like a small house with a private garden, which ends practically on the fine white sands of the very beach of Punta Prima. Instead of looking at the sea, you live it directly, you are just a few steps away from the water line, as if a small part of the beach were yours. Beautiful beach by the way, so the views include usually crystal clear water with various shades between light blue and deep turquoise. For this reason, the garden and the covered terrace, which is the connection point between it and the apartment, have a table, chairs and sun loungers, so that you can make the most of this magnificent space that for the duration of your stay is yours.The charming apartment has a spacious living - dining room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a trundle bed. It is ideal for a couple or for a family with children. A very important detail is as well that it has air condition in the living room.Punta Prima is the perfect place for a family vacation. It has a very complete touristic offer, the beach promenade is about 200 meters from the apartment. Here you will find everything a tourist's heart desires, restaurants, terraces, car and bicycle rental, a pharmacy, several supermarkets, souvenir shops, a handicraft market several days a week. There is a regular bus connection to Mahón, which is only about 12 km away. So you can also easily take advantage of the wide cultural and gastronomic offer that exists in the capital of Menorca.In addition to all that, in the area you can make different excursions along the Camí de Cavalls, which borders all of Menorca along the coast. We recommend the excursion to the neighboring Cala Alcaufar and Cala Rafalet.

***The location is stunning! A few steps from the beach yet quiet and private. We watched the sunrise every morning from the deck, and ate all our meals at the table outside. (See photos) The swimming is great, and you can hear the waves, even inside the house - it was SO relaxing. We were there for a week and loved it. ** The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, silverware, etc. As mentioned on their website, you have to bring your own coffee and paper towels. The washing machine is off the walkway by the front door, behind the door on the left. The parking spot is through the front gate, and labeled Bellamirada. *There’s a roll of TP in each bathroom - you might need more if you’re staying long. *The floor plan is a little funky, with 2 smaller extra rooms, but would be great for a family. You’ll spend most of your time outside anyway We found cross-ventilation to be more efficient than AC. Only downside- the WiFi is very weak. But I believe they’re working on that. All in all - if you ever dreamed of a week by the beach in your own place, this is it!!

Ein schöner Ort mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung und die Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sauber und ist vom Platz her ideal für 2-3 Personen. Einziger Nachteil: es hat viel zu viele und eher billige Einrichtungsgegenstände und Geräte. Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr nett und unkompliziertert. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Posizione fantastica

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa casa ed è stata una vacanza indimenticabile, sia per la fantastica veduta del mare, sia per la vicinanza della spiaggia, a pochi passi dal cancelletto della casa, sia per la comodità dell’abitazione, fornita davvero di tutti i comfort (abbondanza di stoviglie, sedie, cuscini ecc).
