In a quiet residential area in Sa Coma,the 2-storey villa Ca Na Xisca enchants guests with its modern architecture and a well-kept outdoor area. It is suitable for everyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday with absolute privacy. The holiday house has a light-flooded living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a baby bed and a high chair. The highlight of the accommodation is the pool, which can be reached via a partly covered, furnished terrace and a staircase. A large number of seating areas as well as the palm trees and the green surroundings create the ideal holiday atmosphere. From the balcony on the 1st floor you can also enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama and a breathtaking sea view. Perfect for a family holiday.

Pros: The house and pool was exactly what we needed for a family holiday. It is quite spacious, with a very private pool and plenty of space for eight of us, with everything we required. The house is in a quiet residential road, 10min walk to a large Carrefour supermarket and the beach around 15mins. The host Miguel is very friendly and spent time to ensure we had all we needed, even giving three of us a lift to the supermarket when we arrived. I would certainly recommend staying here.

A great villa

Lovely villa outdoor space amazing. Bathrooms need updating and third bathroom is in the basement and better used for after pool use. Basement could do with pool table or table tennis table as underused area otherwise. The villa is well located 15mins walk from main resort of Sa Coma. Villa manager was very responsive and attentive to queries.

Fantastic Villa - shame about the heat

Absolutely brilliant accommodation, Miguel was so welcoming and the property is stunning. Brilliant pool and a lovely place to spend time with the family. The only downside was the lack of Air-conditioning. It gets quite hot and stuffy particularly overnight, there are fans available but doesn’t lower the overall temperature and humidity. Brilliant property and well located though, we had a great time.

Prachtige villa in een leuk rustig dorp, heel ruim en schoon

Pros: Het gehele verblijf was geweldig. Miguel is een geweldige host, erg aardig en behulpzaam en goed te bereiken. Huis en zwembad waren prachtig, heel schoon, ruim, prachtige tuin, goede bedden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Cons: Niets op aan te merken, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros: Miquel ist sehr freundlich und stehts bemüht seinen Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu bereiten. Im Haus waren die meisten Dingen wie: Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Taps für die Spülmaschine usw vorhanden. Das haben wir auch schon anders kennengelernt. Da war nichts von Alledem. Bei der Übergabe war das Haus sauber. Kein Schimmel oder Schmuddelecken. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man ohne Probleme einfache Speisen zubereitet kann. Der Garten sowie der Pool sind in einem gepflegten Zustand. Miquel schaut alle zwei Tage nach dem Poolwasser und gießt den Garten wenn es nötig ist. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Die Lage ist ruhig und in ca. 10 Minuten kann ein Supermarkt zu Fuß ereicht werden. Calla Millor ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Für den günstigsten Wocheneinkauf gibt es dort eine Filiale von Lidl. Alles im allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir werden sicherlich das Haus wieder buchen. Cons: Wir wüssten nicht was...

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Der Check in und out waren wirklich super nett und einfach. Miguel ist immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen und kümmert sich sofort und mit viel Aufmerksamkeit um alles. Danke nochmals dafür Miguel. Der Pool ist wirklich fantastisch und sauber. Die Liegen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, es steht auch ein Grill bereit den man super auf der zum Pool gerichteten Terrasse nutzen kann. Auf der Terrasse kann man sehr schön Frühstück essen. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und die Betten ok. Die Badezimmer sind sauber aber nicht sehr modern. Was aber nicht negativ zu sehen ist. Der Rest des Hauses ist in einer Mischung aus spanisch und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Parken kann man direkt in der Auffahrt auch mit zwei Fahrzeugen. Der Strand ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar und ein Supermarkt in 10min. Ein Lidl Markt ist in ca. 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand in Sa Coma ist wirklich schön und auch dort kann man direkt kostenlos parken. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort.

Helt fantastiskt ställe.

Pros: Huset var så fint och poolen kändes större än bilderna visade. Miguel (ägaren) var så vänlig och snäll, topp betyg till honom. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta ställe. Det var en bra promenad ner till det stora mataffären, inte långt till stranden heller. Alldeles perfekt. Cons: Det hade absolut inte skadat om det fanns AC i sovrummen. Eller fläktar som inte har timer.

Jederzeit und gerne wieder...

Pros: Der Check-In war dank Alain schnell und professionell erledigt. Ca Na Xisca ist ruhig gelegen, an einer breiten nur wenig befahrenen Straße. Parken auf dem Grundstück ist möglich, jedoch nicht notwendig. Das Haus ist ideal um schnell an den Strand zu gelangen oder den Supermarkt Carrefour zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants / Lokale sind ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Küche ist für den Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. Selbst die gängigen Gewürze waren vorhanden. Die Elektrogeräte funktioniereten alle. Die Größe der Zimmer sowie die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber, auch das Badezimmer. Der Außenbeich war sehr gepflegt - der Pool das Highlight. Der Check-Out verlief ebenfalls unproblematisch. Pedro war pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin vor Ort. Es war eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit in Ca Na Xisca. Cons: So - das ist jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau. Aber es sollte erwähnt werden. Die Polstermöbel, sowie die Stühle im Esszimmer sind etwas durchgesessen. Was NICHT heißen soll das sie schmuddelig sind. Die Gurtwickler bei manchen Rollos quittieren den Dienst. Was wiederum nicht schlimm ist, da man, um es etwas Kühler in den Räumen zu haben, die Rollos sowieso immer zur Hälfte unten hat. Das Haus verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Aber mit etwas Durchzug am Abend ist es nachts auch nicht zu warm in den Schlafzimmern. Generell ist vieles "spanischer Standart" (bitte nicht abwertend bewerten) was die Funktion der Schubladen oder der Türklinken zum Beispiel angeht. Die Funktion ist auf jeden Fall gegeben. Da muss man drüber wegsehen können. Bei uns in Deutschland ist auch nicht alles Perfekt.
