Charming detached villa with a private pool and garden in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from Sa Coma beach and the town center.

This cozy house is distributed over two floors and offers an ideal atmosphere for families and groups looking for peace and comfort near the sea.

Outside, you will find a beautiful garden and a large pool protected by a perimeter fence, perfect for ensuring the safety of young children.

In addition, the garden features a spacious furnished porch, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals, along with an outdoor bathroom equipped with a shower.

Inside, on the ground floor, the house has a cozy and bright independent living room, ideal for relaxation. The modern and fully equipped kitchen-dining room offers direct access to the porch and garden, making indoor and outdoor living seamless. This floor also includes a double bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2,00 m) and a full bathroom.

Absolutely lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Cannot fault it at all. There was an abundance of linen, towels, beach towels, and all the glassware etc you could need. The salt water pool is large (5 x 10m) and clean (and was cleaned again a few days into our stay) - the kids loved it. Great host, who had water, some fizzy drinks, a bowl of fruit, and a beautiful fresh Mallorcan pastry for us upon arrival. The villa is in a great location - a 2 minute stroll to the nearest shop, 3 minutes to the nearest pub (Irish Bar), and 4 minutes to the beach. I'd recommend anybody staying to try to avoid the Spar shops for water and food, as they are rather expensive. There is a proper supermarket (called Carrefour), which is about a 10 minute walk away. Get you groceries from there to avoid those hefty Spar bills. Will definitely revisit if they'll have us! Highly recommended.
