The farmhouse has large outdoor spaces and two communal swimming pools: the main pool measures 15 x 4.5 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 m and natural purification (with chlorine in summer); the second measures 3 x 4 metres, also with a constant depth of 1.30 m and chlorinated. The gardens are decorated with fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon and orange trees, and roosters, hens and goats can be seen on the estate. Visitors can enjoy a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a bicycle parking area, ideal for those wishing to explore the island by bike. The property also has a communal barbecue with gas cooker, perfect for outdoor dining. It is fenced and offers eco-friendly features such as solar panels and its own water well, ideal for those who love sustainability. A rich breakfast is available for a surcharge and is served from 08:30 to 10:00.

The flat, located on the ground floor, has a pleasant and cosy terrace with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a drink with your companions. Its interior is designed to provide comfort and functionality. The living room is equipped with a TV, and the kitchen, open to the dining room, is gas-fired. The master bedroom has a double bed and is tastefully decorated to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The bathroom includes a bathtub and the property has oil central heating for colder days. A cot and high chair can be provided for those travelling with babies. There is also a shared laundry area, available from 9:00 to 13:00.

In the vicinity of the agroturismo, you can find various activities and places of interest, such as the impressive Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo, home to one of the largest underground lakes in the world.
