Finca Es Casal - Sant Llorenç

Finca Es Casal is a stone-built house which is more than 100 years old. The property was restored in 2008, updating it with all the conveniences of a modern house, but preserving the house’s traditional character. It has satellite TV, wifi connection, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and central heating. A pretty driveway flanked by large pine trees leads to the entrance of the house. Next to the house is the private pool surrounded by lawn and a beautiful garden with palm trees and typical plants of the island. Next to the pool is a large porch, which is equipped with a dining table and a charcoal barbecue.We access to the interior of the house through a beautiful wooden double French door, as well as through a glass door situated behind it. First we enter at the entrance hall with beautiful classic majorcan furniture, to the right we find a double bedroom with two single beds.On the other side of the entrance hall is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, this leads to the spectacular dining room which has a circular domed roof and a large wooden dining table which can seat 18 people, ideal for small celebrations and with direct access to the garden. Crossing the hall along the corridor is a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower. At the end of the corridor we find a fantastic living room with comfortable sofas in front of the TV, as well as a cosy reading corner with armchairs.The living room also has direct access to the garden. The last room on this floor is the old kitchen, now disused, with a huge fireplace.Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower. The largest of these rooms has a lovely terrace with breathtaking views. On the second floor there is also a spacious living room, ideal for use as a study as it has a large office-style desk.

A TV comes with satellite channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a kitchen, and a washing machine. Limited housekeeping is available.
