Lo mejor ubicación y vistas, lo peor todo lo demás

La recepción casi siempre estaba vacía y sin vigilancia, tenían puesto siempre un cartel que ponía "vuelvo en 10min", las llaves de las habitaciones estaban a la vista de cualquier persona. La calefacción no se podía regular y hacía mucha calor dentro de la habitación. Habitaciones muy antiguas, la cama incómoda y pequeña para dos, era demasiado blanda. La puerta del balcón no cerraba bien y estaba embozada la pica de lavarse las manos, pero esas dos cosas nos la arreglaron al día siguiente. La chica de recepción por las mañanas muy agradable, por la tarde nadie vigilaba y por la noche estaba cerrada.no se puede utilizar el ascensor por la noche. Dentro de las habitaciones por la noche se escuchaban ruidos de tuberías o algún ruido exterior. Las cortinas no tapan suficiente el sol. El balcón x fuera está muy sucio hasta con telarañas. El desayuno por 4€ estaba correcto, aunque el café muy pequeño para mí gusto. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación si vas en coche. Tiene lugares cercanos donde poder aparcar gratis, y está muy próximo a Andorra la Vella, Caldea y a Naturlandia, y con la frontera a España. Las vistas desde la habitación son impresionantes.

Calidad-precio buena

Buena ubicación, fácil de encontrar y es fácil aparcar cerca del hotel. El personal atiende muy bien y al pedir el tipo de habitación que teníamos nos la dieron sin problemas. La habitación adecuada, espaciosa y limpia. Lo único malo fue la comodidad ya que con el colchón y las almohadas que habían no pudimos descansar mucho.

Alojamiento muy recomendable

Ha sido una estancia de 2 noches, nos alojamos con mi familia y un perro. Habitación para 3 personas amplia, cómoda y limpia. Lo único, en el pasillo olía mucho a cerrado y a tabaco, por lo demás excelente.
