Overlooking the south of the island, this villa is the perfect choice for your holidays in Ibiza, with an ideal location. The house is divided into three floors and decorated with a classic and rustic touch.

It is based on a land of one thousand one hundred square meters, the villa is four hundred square meters, including the terraces - On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a large laundry / storage room. Going up to the house you will find a spacious living and dining room, which will take you to the patio and the pool area.

The kitchen is modern, with all the facilities, including dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry and a toilet. On this floor is the main door.

The three remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom, one of the bedrooms with a private balcony and the other two share a huge terrace overlooking the garden and the pool area.

There is another roof terrace on the roof with a panoramic view of the old town of Ibiza, the Salinas and the Mediterranean Sea.

The exterior of the house is fantastic - the furniture is of the highest quality, with a well-kept garden surrounding the pool area and solarium. The pool is always clean since we have a new automatic system, which constantly maintains the perfect levels.

All these amenities and services are just a few minutes walk from the beach and shops, we emphasize that there are not many houses like this so close to the city.

Happy holidays

The house is large, clean and well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood, with an outdoor cooking area and brilliant pool/garden. Parking is secure with electric gates. Vicente was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Great location and wonderful stay

Vicente was very responsive and helpful with check-in and throughout our stay. The house is perfectly situation in Sant Jordi, close to restaurants, beach and the airport. We loved the house and would definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Wish I'd stayed longer! Excellent villa

The Villa is huge and even much better than the photos suggest. It's furnished to a high quality, everything from electronic front gate to the provision of sun beds, towels, fantastic BBQ made our stay immensely enjoyable. Vicente responded immediately to any query. It is located a short walk to a town with restaurants and supermarket etc. Overall I could happily have stayed for much longer, especially given how amazing the outside area is with pool etc. One of the best villas I've stayed in!

Really nice villa in a great location

The villa was very clean throughout and we were pleasantly surprised to find the villa better than the photos portrayed it. The villa had all the necessary equipment including good air conditioning and good sized pool. Iy you want easy access to Ibiza town, playa den Bossa, Salinas and the airport then this is the villa for you. Whilst San Jordi is a residential area it is quiet and relaxing - no loud music after 10pm is allowed. I would recommend especially for families who don't want to travel too far and wide to get to beaches etc. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages/queries which was re-assuring and always on hand if you needed help.

Great villa

We loved our stay at Vicente villa, it's location is great and close to highlights of Ibiza. The villa has 4 big bedrooms and they have all an own bathroom. The outside area is very nice with big swimming pool and outside kitchen. Vicente is great host and responses very quickly .
