Villa Sa Paissa

An original villa, which dates back some 300 years and has been recently restored respecting the characteristic features of its original Ibizan construction and incorporating the latest and most modern facilities for your total comfort.

At Villa Sa Paissa you will find six elegant and spacious double suites, three with "King size" beds (200x200cm), two suites with single beds that can be converted into king size double beds, depending on your needs, and one double. Room, all with private bathroom with shower and air conditioning and all separate rooms.

The barbecue area, a second covered kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, a large wooden table for 14 people and a sitting area with a chaise longue sofa.

The immediate outside area of ​​the house has a large patio area with teak sun loungers and a large Balinese pergola to relax on. A nice fish pond and a circular pool (6m in diameter) with Greek seats.

At the top of the villa you will find a 15m long infinity pool, a swimmer's delight and a large sun terrace with Balinese beds, sweeping views of the mountains and the tranquil valley, pure nature.

Its 80,000 m2 of land are located in a protected natural area (ANEI), many tracks that are ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. A visit to the small hilltop is a must just 100 meters from the villa, where you will find an idyllic spot with a wooden pergola overlooking the islet of Es Vedrá, the sea and the sunsets.
