Modern, luxurious villa in the municipality of San José de sa Talaia. With one of the best views you can get to the west side of Ibiza.
This luxurious holiday home is spread over 3 floors and has a large living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a 180x2 bed, 5 with 90x2 single beds that can be pushed together) and 7 bathrooms with large showers. The bathroom of the master bedroom has a bathtub with a beautiful view.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
Outdoor area: Infinity pool, which is illuminated at night and offers incredible views of Isla Conejera and impressive sunsets. Barbecue, dining table and living room. Car park.
Services: Welcome pack, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Movistar TV, Sonos system, alarm system, safes, barbecue, towels and bed linen, washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite TV, safe in the bedrooms, fenced plot, 4 cots and a high chair.
A cleaning service takes care of the daily cleaning (except on Sundays and public holidays). Towels and bed linen are changed if required. A security guard is included in the price.
