Note: stayed in $500 per night suite with balcony Power went out completely twice, fridge broken had to be replaced, rain water leaks into the room through the glass wall ... Housekeeping forgets literally everything .. Probably the most annoying to me was having to ask 3 times over 2 days to get some body wash and shampoo .... paying for watery drinks and having cheesy boring events was not as bad but it was completely obvious that management could not care less about guests .. the staff seem to hate working there .. they do not care to ask how things are going, if you need anything, or if you have any issues .... one day a manager came in and called us, likely after finding out how many times i called the desk ... it was already too late i had no interest in whatever she wanted to offer, and she was not offering much of anything anyway .. discounted spa?! seriously ... how about give me back the $2000 i spent there? that would make me happy ... this hotel is $hit and only if you have no standards is it worth more than $100 per night .. don’t make the same mistake i did

So ... for around 1000$ a night this place is a joke, I will never stay or recommend, first of all .. barely anybody can construct an English sentence. Everybody seemed overwhelmed or may be drugged. No breakfast included, housekeeping is the worst, barely does anything to the room or re stick coffee or bar! Towels are not restocked and I have to call front desk to get us some, they also don’t restock the shampoo, shower gels and conditioners. Rooms are small and not well organized. Basically, I think hotels in Ibiza don’t care or try anymore. Also, price was around 400 dollars more from original price I booked around 2 months before stay, again.. I tried to communicate with so many of the staff basically they pretend they understand English but answer you in a different direction, big failure.. also tried food in hotel restaurant and it’s horrible and overpriced .. they literally don’t know how to make a margarita or grill a steak, complete rip off

It's quite amazing - the location, the beach, the facilities. The best parts are the pool parties - mind blowing! The location is top - next to Ushuaia, right across Hi Ibiza club as well as many more down the street. I would return in this hotel all the time if I am back to Ibiza. The two problematic things: - the rooms are a little bit modern design, which put the showers in the middle and so on. I would say that it is not the most convenient but might be I don't appreciate this type of style ;-) - the airport is quite close and the planes are flying above but this is quite minor having in mind all the music from everywhere.

room was dirty when we walked in,sand all over the couch.service was terrible,,wanted to charge me for little milks for my coffee, no shower gel in room, had to call everyday for 5 days cause something was missing....payed $1000 for 5 days w no view small room not fit for two.
The overall experience and treatment was nothing less than "VIP" rock star treatment, even though I was a "VIP" and received incredible attention, service, and most of all amazing customer service.
The Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza is nice and entertaining place to stay. There is always something going on so you will not get bored. The rooms were spacious which was nice but there were scratches on the shower floor and a black stain on the bed sheets. For the money you pay to stay here everything should be updated and new. Other than that the hotel was in a great location right on the beach and near Ibiza town. Many pools to enjoy and good food all around. I would stay here again but I hope they update the rooms soon.
Air conditioning did not work. Staff did not care to do anything about it or make up for loss of sleep during stay. Very unfriendly.
we arrived to our room, Ac was not working. Fridge not working. Room was not in good condition. Gummy bears stuck in chair cushions, chair cushions very stained, door trim was falling off. Upon departure nobody asked how our stay was. I understand it's Ibiza and the attitude is to turn em and burn em
The place had a great vibe and very easygoing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We loved Rosi at breakfast. Daniella at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed the DJ who played at the splash pool during our stay July 5 - July 8, 2017. The guys at the entrance of the lobby were super attentitve.

Get over the price of things here, it's Ibiza!! If you can do that, you will enjoy HR. The food at the Beach Club is pricy, but the portions are huge. Even the salads here are really filling! The ability to buy Raybans right there on their premises is awesome too. Room is nice and functional though the tv would cut on, but the control didn't work after that. (I never alerted the hotel about it, because we were rarely in the room longer than for sleeping or showering. Getting a taxi is really easy and the staff is simply nice! It's in walking distance of off-hotel premise food options and TONS of places to souvenir shop and party.
We had been to Spain few times before, but never to Ibiza ! we really enjoyed this beautiful island and the location of the hotel was perfect for beach lovers like us.
