Treat yourself to some unforgettable days enjoying the view from this wonderful apartment! Ideal for a couple on a romantic getaway, families or friends, this location will give you special moments. The privacy, tranquility and magical sunsets that you can enjoy in this paradise just a few steps from the sea will make your holiday unique.
The house, recently renovated internally, consists of a sea view terrace overlooking the greenery of the surrounding Mediterranean scrub, a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV with Movistar, Google Home, Netflix, and free WI-FI.
The double bedroom with sea view is equipped with wardrobe, safe and separate bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, large wardrobe, small balcony with garden view and en suite bathroom with shower.
The living area is equipped with a spacious sofa, an armchair in front of the TV and a large six-seater dining table.
Heat pump air conditioning in each room.
Bed linen and towels included.
The house is surrounded by greenery and equipped with common areas and free parking along the street. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, so you won't need to move your car.
At guests' disposal there is a free shared swimming pool, open from 9 to 19:30 with a separate pool for the little ones in which, however, THERE IS NO BATHING ASSISTANCE SERVICE AND NO TOWELS RENTAL.
The house is not suitable for children under the age of three (contact us for info about it).
Cala Vadella is one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza, with calm and crystalline waters, safe for children thanks to the shallow depth and the warm family atmosphere that surrounds it. If you are looking for water activities you will find everything: boat hire and trips, diving center with equipment hire, entertainment for children, sup yoga, pedal boats and much more.
Bars and restaurants open until late every day (we will provide you with our list of favorite restaurants and clubs!), 3 supermarkets nearby, one of them five minutes from the front door.
For Banks and Pharmacy instead you will have to go to the Pueblo of Sant Josep which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The city of Eivissa and the airport are approximately 25 minutes by car.
Parties are prohibited inside the apartment.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Situated in a quiet residential complex only five minutes walk from the most amazing small beach resort Cala Vadella. Get there before 10am to secure sunbeds or take a towel and umbrella and set up on the sand. I can recommend the Vadella Beachbar for lunch and Pizzeria Bon Sol for a relaxed evening with great service and fresh pizza/pasta. The walk to the beach is partially via quite a steep hill however it is a very quiet one-way road and no steep steps to climb, it really is worth the effort and only takes 10 minutes back up if you want to take it easy. The apartment itself has everything you need, both double rooms have their own bathrooms. No issues with air con. The outside terrace is spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the bay and sunset. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to spend the evening on the terrace with some home-made food.We did not hire a car and relied on taxis. I would recommend downloading the TaxiClick app and ordering your taxis via that. Hiring a car would be advantageous but not essential. The host Edith was very responsive, helpful and friendly, no issues checking in and out. We will definitely be returning next year!

Perfect apartment in beautiful Calla Vadella

Perfect apartment in Cala Vadella, stayed for 4 nights in a super clean, well equipped apartment with good AirCon and bathrooms. Swimming pool on site. Our host was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. Cala Vadella is a beautiful cove with white sand with lots of good restaurants surrounding it. A steep walk up and downhill to the beach but no problem for teenagers and adults, but lots of parking if driving. Would definitely go back as perfect location for a quiet break.

Beautiful Stay

Absolutely beautiful stay! Everything was so easy with excellent communication from start to end. The apartment itself was perfect for our family, spacious with everything you need, great air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The views from the balcony are stunning especially the sunsets. Pool is a real bonus, clean and quiet for relaxing. The apartment is in the perfect location for the gorgeous beach and the excellent restaurants. We easily accessed taxis to visit Ibiza town and other areas but would definitely consider a car hire next time. We had the most fabulous stay in this gorgeous area of Ibiza and hope to return. Thank you Edith for making it so easy😊

Relaxing stay with gorgeous view from amazing terrace.

Such a homely and cosy apartment for myself and 2 adult daughters. It really felt like home from home. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking meals together and dining on the gorgeous terrace looking at the amazing view. It was a great base to explore the south west of the island.

Great villa in the best bay on the island

We drove around looking at other beaches and they were all either huge and touristy or tiny with one or no places to eat, but Cala Vedella is perfect. Five restaurants, sandy beach (when you walk out into the water to swim there is just sand and fish), facing the sunset, not troubled by nightclubs or jet skis, but there is paddleboard hire, it's perfect. The villa was clean, all arrangements perfect (key in numbered combination wall box etc), air con, balcony and view stunning just like the pictures. Parking - there was always a space in the road, pretty near the villa. Free. I would say only two snags: quite a few mozzies (probably the case for the whole island?) and quite steep hill walk down and back up - but then you want the view, and if you're young and fit it's only 5 minutes. But my over-70 friend did need to stop for a breather half way up. So - definitely recommended.

Great Apartment

The apartment was perfect, very clean, nice view and well equipped, will stay here again. Cala Vedella is beautiful and has multiple restaurants, it is a bit far from the Ibiza port and other touristic areas, roads are winding and dark at night. There are taxis available if you call in advance.

Great Ibiza Stay

Great location just a short walk from the beach with plenty of parking. Was awesome to have a change of pace from the normal nightlife and enjoy the beauty of Ibiza! Edith was very accommodating and had amazing communication. We would totally be booking this again if available next time in Ibiza!

Absolutely charming

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely hill top apartment overlooking the bay. From start to finish Edith was very communicative, even allowed us to check in a little earlier than anticipated. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Location is great too though definitely need a car which wasn’t an issue for us, as it’s the norm as we travel around the island. We’d definitely consider using the apartment again, it’s a credit to Edith’s family

A wonderful stay

I rented this property for 2 adults and our two teen daughters. The neighbourhood was wonderful with only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could need plus more! Check in was so easy. Edith was a super helpful and kind host who was easily available for any help we needed. The pool and communal bar area in the top of the complex was a lovely place to chill, and at night we heard not a soul! This place was the highlight of our stay in Ibiza, we will be back!

Decent property at an amazing price

Everything you need is there! Some of the kitchen utensils were a bit dirty so we had to clean them again ourselves. The hot water was limited so sometimes had to take a very cold shower. But overall a good place to stay.

Apartment in Cala Vadella

The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean on arrival. Communication was excellent - Edith did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The view of the sea is amazing and the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. We loved Cala Vadella and its lovely beach and restaurants. Some beaches in Ibiza are not what you see in photographs. Cala Vadella was actually better than in photos. A quiet village but with enough restaurants to try out over the course of a week. Although the apartment is on a complex with a shared pool you would never notice. A private entrance and not overcrowded. Highly recommended.

Gute Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge auf schöner Terrasse. Es ist alles da, was notwendig ist. Die Lage fanden wir sehr angenehm. Ruhig und doch in Strand- und Dorfnähe. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Wasser und bei einigen Restaurants. Für Ibizaverhältnisse ist es dort auch nicht zu überlaufen. Wir haben sogar in geringer Entfernung mit dem Auto eine kleine, wenig besuchte Bucht mit nettem Kiosko entdeckt. Was eigentlich auf Ibiza nicht mehr möglich ist. Also alles gut. Nur den Preis finden wir zu hoch. Aber auch das ist eben Ibiza.
