Amazing home in Ibiza

This beautiful villa, nestled on a hillside in the quiet and secure residential neighbourhood of Sa Carroca, offers ultimate privacy and serenity. It is located in the municipality of San Jose, just 10 minutes from Ibiza Town, 10 minutes from San Jose airport and close to the stunning beaches of Playas Ses Salines and Es Cavallet.

The main house has a spacious 65 m² living room with fireplace and wet bar. It is bordered by a patio with a natural waterfall, which adds to the tranquil ambience. The dining area seats 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen has high quality appliances divided into two parts one with an induction hob and the other with a gas hob. A cloakroom provides additional comfort.

There are five double bedrooms of approximately 35 m² each with walk-in dressing rooms, large wardrobes and mirrors. Some rooms have a private terrace, some of which offer beautiful sea views. Each bedroom is equipped with a telephone, a television and a private bathroom. Four have a shower and one has a bath.

On the lower floor there are four simpler bedrooms, each with two single beds and an en-suite shower.

Outside, the villa offers a stunning pool with a natural waterfall, surrounded by a large teak terrace and a lush garden with indigenous plants, palm trees and grass. Each bedroom has its own private terrace, and there is a large upper terrace with sun loungers, all offering marvellous views of Ibiza town and Las Salinas.

The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi, alarm system and air conditioning in all areas. A daily towel change, a midweek linen change and a four-hour daily cleaning service ensure a comfortable and well-maintained stay.
