This magnificent villa is spread over 2 floors and offers a marvellous view of the sea, the sunset and the bay of Cala Tarida, on the picturesque west coast of Ibiza.



This is a Fincallorca holiday home.



Surrounded by a plot of 5000m2, this 300m2 built villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds (1.80 x 2m or 2x2m) and one with 2 single beds, all well furnished, spacious and bright with large fitted wardrobes. There are a total of 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower and 1 with bath. One of the double rooms has a separate entrance from the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower, making it ideal for those in the group who want a little more space and privacy.



The living room has modern amenities such as satellite TV, home cinema and WiFi and offers direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for today's lifestyle, with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and dishwasher to name but a few of the many features. This villa has air conditioning and central heating. It is equipped with solar panels.



Outside we find a beautiful saltwater infinity pool measuring 10 metres x 6 metres. There are awnings to create shaded areas and an outdoor dining area under a romantic pergola. There is a barbecue and even a chill-out area to relax after dinner.



The backdrop of the pine forests and the breathtaking views over the Mediterranean make this villa a perfect place to enjoy the warm evenings in authentic Ibiza style.



Prices include full cleaning every 7 nights with change of bed linen and towels.

Daily cleaning (3 hours) except Sundays, with towel change during the week.
