Overall we had a great stay. The house was large, had great facilities, and was the perfect backdrop for my milestone birthday with a group of friends. It's a bit far from nightlife but we knew that going in - and preferred that. The local restaurant is amazing and it's not too far from the grocery store. The only issue was the water. The pressure in all bathrooms was so low. At one point nothing was coming out (we couldn't even flush a toilet) but the property manager brought a technician quickly who improved the pressure (still not great) but then the temperature was so hot it was unusable - I have a burn to prove it. We ended up leaving to take a shower at Soho house. I don't want to penalize the property in case this is a temporary issue, but I don't think the place is habitable with the water in its current state. Thankfully my friends all had a decent sense of humor about the less than ideal shower situation.

We stayed in this wonderful villa as a family of 17 people (our ages ranged from a 1-year-old to a 78-year-old): it was the perfect place for us.The swimming pool is lovely, clean and spacious, and our children had endless fun in it. The setting is incredibly scenic and the views of the sea are beautiful. The kitchen was clean and well maintained. The air conditioned bedrooms were large and smartly designed. The spacious living areas are fully air conditioned and enabled us all to dine together. We also appreciated how quiet, peaceful and safe the Urbanització neighbourhood was. Being in a rural setting, it is an area that requires people to drive, especially if you have a large group. However, the surrounding small towns and beaches are must sees. And you have to visit ‘Bar Restaurante - Es Portitxol’ for dinner, which is at the top of the neighbourhood and a five minute walk from the villa, as we enjoyed one of our most memorable nights there.The villa’s host was reassuringly communicative in the lead up and throughout our stay and he always responded to any questions we had. A special mention must go to Julian & his family, who are the host’s neighbourhood staff who help manage the property. Julian was exceptionally helpful and friendly, responding proactively to every request we had about the house. Knowing he was on hand to help made a real difference to our stay. It’s a very special place and I highly recommend an extended stay.

My family and I recently stayed at Can Blanc for a week. Ten adults and three young children. (My daughter was getting married nearby). I wanted somewhere my whole family could spend time together, in one place. We had a fabulous time. Antonio was easy to communicate with and went out of his way for us. His team was helpful and readily available. ( they live nearby). The views from the pool terrace are absolutely amazing. The villa is large and spacious. Many having en-suites. We felt so at home here. The children loved the private pool. What a treat having a pool to ourselves. There is a fully equipped kitchen , which meant we were able to cook for ourselves and eat on the terrace most nights. Precious memories were made. Yes, you need a car to get around, a small price to pay to have your own private villa for a week, on this beautiful part of the island. Thank you Antonio and team.

We stayed for 6 days. The house was really cool. Amazing view of the sea. We did have some issues with the water. We were told there’s work going on in the town that’s impacting the water pressure. The WiFi is nonexistent in certain parts of the home FYI. Other than that the stay was solid.

Leider nicht wie erwartet!

Wir waren wohl nach der Winterpause die ersten Gäste der Saison. Die Räumlichkeiten waren durchweg muffig. In einem Zimmer hinter dem Pool musste der Vermieter sogar einen Entfeuchter aufstellen. Zimmer alle recht kalt. Die Klimaanlagen liefen bis auf zwei recht gut. (Brauchten aber Tage bis das Gebäude halbwegs wohnlich war.)Fernbedienungen hatten allerdings alle leere Batterien. Geschirrspüler in der ersten Küche komplett defekt. Diverse Türen auf Grund des Klimas nicht beweglich. Bäder generell kalt, weil keine Heizung. Sauberkeit Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kein Fernseher oder Radio im Anwesen. Das konnte man allerdings verkraften. Pool war soweit o.k. allerdings ohne Pflege wie eigentlich mitgeteilt. Nach einem Sturm in der zweiten Nacht und die Lage im Wald haben wir dann selber mehrmals täglich den Skimmer gereinigt. Außenmöbel zum großen Teil defekt und ohne Auflagen. Alles in allem haben wir das beste daraus gemacht, aber für mehr als 6000 Euro die Woche hätten wir mehr erwartet. SORRY! P.S. Gegenüber vieler anderer Rezensionen haben wir den Vermieter leider gar nicht kennengelernt! Von jedem Wunsch an den Augen ablesen konnten wir nicht profitieren! Alle Positiven Bewertungen erstaunen uns schon! Da hatten wir in diesem Jahr wohl eher Pech!

A Family Birthday celebration!

The Can Villa is fabulous and the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious and bright and the outside area is really beautiful.The owner was really helpful and checked in with us to see how we were.The bedrooms are all spacious and most of them have their own en suite.The living area is great. There were 15 of us and it never felt cramped at all. We tended to sit on the terrace most evenings and moved into the lounge as it got a little cooler.There is a good kitchen and utility area so we were able to stay in the villa for meals if we wanted .You do definitely need a car and there is only one little restaurant within walking distance.I would definitely recommend the villa and it was a very special birthday trip.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, the pictures do not do it justice! The shared spaces were huge & there was more than enough room for everyone. Great views & a lovely outdoor space by the pool. The host was easy to contact if needed. A hire car or arranged transport is definitely required but we found that fairly straightforward to prebook. We could not stay due to COVID

The house looks beautiful - but we DID NOT STAY. We had to move the original dates from sept 2020 to may 2021 due to COVID. The UK and Spanish gov by law would not let people from the UK fly to Spain on either of these dates, but still the owner of this property did not offer us any sort of refund at all - which is pretty poor considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. After already paying a "deposit" through Vrbo - he then demanded a £1500 CASH deposit on arrival! I'm sad we didn't get to stay here, but from our dealings with the owner, it is probably for the best.

Wonderful house for relaxing vacation.

We stayed at Can Blanc with a group of 10 people. There is enough space and bathrooms for everyone to feel free and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good size and the beds are very comfortable, also nice to have an AC/Heater in every room. The walk down to ocean (rocky seaside not beach) is a lovely stone path through the trees ( I recommend good shoes), and takes about 20 min. Which some people did every day. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Important to note that you must bring/buy all household items yourself such as toilet paper, tabs for the dishwasher, laundry soap, any spices for cooking, garbage bags, etc. The house attendants Marie Therese and Fernando were great, they do their best to make sure everything goes well and taken care of. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed staying at Can Blanc.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views and great hosts!!!

This Villa is rustic and beautiful the pool and gardens have an amazing view. Its really large and spacious in the bedrooms and living rooms - Kitchen is smaller but adequate for the 15 ladies we had. The appliances are great and the Villa was immaculately clean. The staff onsite were so friendly and went to fetch cigarettes and extra bits of food when we needed them for free - so kind!!! Carlos was great to communicate with and really helped us out planning this Hen do. You do need the address for airport transfers, then I'd recommend using the local minibus company advertised in the villa on the cards they were brilliant came quicker and much cheaper. Getting an online supermarket order from Eroski was great, and I was so grateful the staff put it all away for us before we arrived. 30 mins to san antonio and ibiza town and the taxi charged 10 euros per person for this. One night we went to nearby santa gertrudis on the Taxi drivers recommendation (5 euros in taxi) to Vivo restaurant this was a gorgeous restaurant I would recommend it. Thank you Carlos, Rosa and Fernando!

Overpriced, over-promised, under-delivered

This is a top dollar property delivering below par experience. The villa is years overdue for an extensive makeover. The tiny gallery kitchen is woefully inadequate to deliver a decent stay at home meal. One of the bedrooms has a drainage problem, and the smell of drains was bad. Alongside this, there was regular running water problems to the whole property resulting in shower, sanitary and cooking issues. The pool is decorated in mosaic, and these are falling off along the water line. This is not safe for young children. Of greater alarm though, is the balustrading to the lounge balcony overlooking the pool, which is perilously low. Meanwhile, the balustrading to the pool perimeter overlooking the lower level, is decorative only and has huge gaps presenting a serious hazard to young children.This was raised in some detail prior to booking the house and we were assured that it was safe. It is anything but. In short, this house needs extensive work to make it fit for letting and to justify the extremely heavy rental tag attached to it.

las mejores vacaciones en ibiza meditando

Alquilamos año tras año casas en Ibiza, esta no estábamos seguro de que fuera tan bonita pero nos ha impresionado lo increíble que son estas vistas de la puesta del sol y lo tranquilo que es esta urbanización Isla Blanca. Muy tranquila, increíblemente bonita y relajante. Fuimos a hacer unos días de meditación con unos amigos y fue increíble. Nos encanto la casa, es muy amplia, con 7 habitacioenes muy grandes, y llena de esquinas con encantos! Muchas gracias Carlos por todo! Fernando y Teresa nos ayudo mucho cada dia limpiando la casa, han sido unas vacaciones de sueño! Nos encantaba las tardes y puestas del sol en la pisicina.

The time of our lives! Wonderful place!

My family and friends were looking for a unique spot in Ibiza and this villa was exactly what we were looking for. The size is perfect for a large group that is looking for intimacy but independence at the same time. The distribution of spaces and decoration is perfect and very good taste. We loved the gardens and the views! Sunset at the swimming pool made the evenings just unforgettable. Needless to say how much I enjoyed taking my daily shower with those amazing pine woods view. All amenities and services were exactly like in the pictures. It was perfectly clean and the pool and gardens were in perfect conditions too. The couple that takes care of the property is very nice, and Carlos was super quick in answering all our questions. He also gave us excellent ideas to tour around. We enjoyed the best of Ibiza. Some days we would hang around the area and get to know a more authentic part of the Island, and some other days we would drive downtown, which was very easy to reach. Ibiza is super connected so there is no problem in hanging around and driving downtown. Actually, I would recommend to stay in this part of the Island to enjoy nature and relax, and visit city center and nightlife only if you are in the mood. Staying out of the crowds in summer is a good idea. Expectations were more than fulfilled and we had a wonderful time! We want to go back!

Thank you once again – we had a truly wonderful time at your property!Our arrival was very easy and relaxed, as we were welcomed right away and received the keys without any hassle. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space and layout. We especially appreciated that several rooms had en suite bathrooms, which made everything very convenient for our group.The interior design was bright, spacious, and tastefully done – the large paintings, mirrors, and light colors created a very welcoming atmosphere. The children felt at home right away, and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay.The caretaker family was always friendly and helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. All of our friends who stayed in the other villas were also very impressed and felt comfortable throughout the entire stay.We would be happy to return in the future and are grateful for your trust and hospitality. Excellent interaction with the owner and his staff

Great house for a large family and beautiful setting in North San Miquel. The house has a lot of charm and it perfect for a large group (12 people or more). The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. Yet, it is hiding the gorgeous view of the sea, which could be improved by cutting/trimming some of the trees and allowing more sun on the pool terrace.
