Large semi-detached house with privileged views of the bay of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Terrace over the sea that will make us enjoy a holiday in an unbeatable environment.

The farm is divided into three levels. On the access floor and at the bottom there are the rooms (1 suite with double bed and 2 doubles with single beds), all with a terrace, 2 bathrooms with bath and a room for the iron and the washing machine, where we access a pleasant backyard surrounded by pebbles. On the upper floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. From the living room we access to the main terrace, with fantastic views of the sea. At the entrance to the house we have a private parking space.

The location of Sant Feliu de Guixols is unbeatable, just minutes from the best beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. You can also enjoy its promenade and the old quarter, with its shops and restaurants.

The area offers several local routes that are merged with the picturesque Camino de Ronda, surrounded by sea and nature, with the best views of the Mediterranean.

In August, Sant Feliu offers its visitors The International Festival of Porta Ferrada, one of the oldest music festivals celebrated in Catalonia. Unique in the Costa Brava for its proposal open to all artistic disciplines, it has the participation of consolidated names and emerging talents of the international and national scene.
