This cozy 90 m2 house, distributed over three floors, is the perfect refuge for your holidays on the coast. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, you can enjoy a small patio, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

On the first floor, you will discover two spacious double bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a third single room perfect for children or additional guests. Additionally, there is a second full bathroom for added convenience.

Going up to the third floor, you will reach an impressive private terrace, equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors, whether relaxing under the Mediterranean sun or sharing delicious meals outdoors with your loved ones.
