L'appartement est bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre. Mais aussi proche d'une rue très passante et vraiment mal isolé. La clim est seulement dans le salon il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, heureusement il y a un ventilateur plafonnier qui diminue un peu la chaleur. Le canapé n'est pas convertible comme annoncé dans le descriptif. Au-delà de ces points, l'appartement est bien équipé et bien décoré, l'immeuble est calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
