Buscastell is a protected, green area hidden among the hills of San Antonio, ready to be explored. The old aqueduct system feeds the historic water mill belonging to our family, located right next to the main house.



The property is set on different levels, with terraces and gardens connected throughout.



Main House (3 Bedrooms)

In the original part, you will find two bedrooms and two living rooms: one as a TV lounge and the other as the main living-dining area. From here, you access the kitchen, the heart of the house, which preserves its original fireplace and centuries-old blackened beams. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



The main bathroom opens to the upper terrace and to the third bedroom, which features a Juliet balcony and pool views. A small bridge leads to the rooftop chill-out area, behind the third bedroom and laundry area. From here, the valley views are stunning.



The main chill-out area is by the pool, with Balinese beds and outdoor dining. There is an outdoor barbecue in front and another terrace, perfect for connecting your sound system and relaxing in a peaceful setting.



Guest House (2 Bedrooms)

The guest house, next to the pool, consists of a TV, a bar area, bedroom, and bathroom on the ground floor. It also has its own private terrace, sofa, dining table, and chairs with views of the gardens and valley.



Guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings, multiple outdoor spaces, and unique character of this special property. The villa is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay in a beautiful, natural setting. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.
