Security issue caused a disruption to our holiday

Upstairs doors to terrace were unlocked and keys were not at home. Although we shared this with the owner, nobody brought the keys same day. Therefore we had to find another place to stay while we were in the island given security concerns. Due to owner’s attitude, I don’t recommend anyone staying here.
