What a great hotel right near the beach! Very clean, spacious, great condition of everything in the room. Super welcoming and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Bonus - fantastic terrace on the rooftop overlooking the bay where one can view the sunset. Now we want to come back for more nights.

What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy washing and drying machine that is available. By that time we traveled quite a distance and was really too happy to wash some of our clothing. Everything is nearby and the facility is perfect. I honestly couldn’t believe our luck when we got here. If we are ever in the area, will definitely stay here again.

Not a luxury hotel but a clean functional apartment with good views from the balcony over the beach and port and close to shopping, restaurants and station for day trips. Free bikes come with the room and staff are very helpful. Exceeded our expectations.

It’s amazing place with amazing staff working there!! Very friendly and helpful!! Safe Parking for car and big !! Clean laundry with dryer! Beautiful view out of the balcony! Closed restaurant is 50 m away !! Beach just 100 m away!! Places to see just 300 m away!! Shopping street about 500 m away! U just in the heart of Sanremo !! Veryyyyyy clean rooms !! Return visit!

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Lovely apartment. Comfortable, clean and right at the marina with great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our visit, walke two hours to the Luxury Outlets when the bus, nearby takes only 15 minutes. Also enjoyed the Casino and a short train ride to Monaco/Monte Carlo.
