The master bedroom is connected to the balcony which offers a splendid sea view. The room is very bright, complete with a mirrored built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed is double with a comfortable latex foam mattress. The second bedroom is very cozy and equipped with two single beds which can become a double bed if necessary. The room includes a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom offers a washing machine (detergents included) and a bathtub with a shower screen. Equipped with bath foam, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and toilet paper. The kitchen has just been modernized and is complete with an induction hob (non-electric), oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, folding table and is equipped with all basic utensils. The kitchen also provides coffee, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar and water and other welcome food for your convenience. The large lounge / living room, with a splendid view of the gulf for unforgettable breakfasts, lunches and dinners, is very airy and bright. The furniture is simple and modern without sacrificing comfort and practicality. The room can also be transformed into a comfortable room thanks to the L-shaped sofa bed and, from the large double entrance balcony, you can enjoy the view and even sunbathe comfortably seated.
For convenience, we recommend our guests to use their own vehicle (car, motorbike, bicycle) but in any case the apartment is located near two bus stops and a staircase connects it to the main road (Aurelia), from where it passes both the bus line every 10 minutes to the center of Sanremo and the path to the neighboring beaches (Tre Ponti area). For mountain bikers from the apartment the cycle path is easily accessible (1km). The street where the accommodation is located is also part of the final stretch of the Milan-Sanremo stage.
Upon your arrival you will be provided with all the access keys and the assigned covered parking place. The apartment is autonomous, equipped with independent heating, bed linen, towels and free of personal effects as it is used exclusively for you guests and your relaxation.
