Das Objekt ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und den Preis nicht wert. Zudem wird es schlecht gemanaged.
Meine Nachricht an WonderfulItaly vom 28.9.22:
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Als wir gestern hier eintrafen, stellten wir mit Erstaunen fest, dass das Bettzeug nur aus einem einfachen Bettlaken besteht, im Apartment sind keine Bettdecken zu finden, nur 2 Tagesdecken zur Dekoration der Betten. Da es nachts schon recht kühl wird, mussten wir warm angezogen ins Bett gehen.
Heute morgen wollten wir frühstücken. Das misslang, denn im ganzen Apartment war keinerlei Besteck zu finden. Da es nicht unserer Lebensart entspricht, ohne Messer, Gabel und Löffel zu essen, mussten wir auswärts frühstücken.
Internet: Ich kann mich zwar mit dem Handy über WLAN mit dem vorhandenen Passwort einloggen, nicht aber mit dem LapTop, da verlangt das System zusätzliche Informationen. Man wird zur Seite von TIM geleitet, dort soll man einen Username und ein weiteres Passwort eingeben, die nicht vorhanden sind.
Kontakte: Der Mitarbeiter, der uns gestern den Schlüssel übergeben hat, war vor allem daran interessiert, eine „lokale Abgabe“ in Höhe von 1,50€ pro Person und Tag einzukassieren (ohne Quittung). Dafür machte er Fotos unserer Personalausweise (Datenschutz ??). Gebucht haben wir inclusive aller Gebühren etc., bitte überprüfen Sie, ob das rechtens war. Wir versuchten heute, ihn wegen der Mängel zu kontaktieren, allerdings ohne Erfolg.
Wir haben heute morgen bei Wonderful Italy angerufen. Wir wurden an die Handynummer 00393283599778 verwiesen. Der Mitarbeiter war gerade im Verkehr unterwegs und wollte sich melden. Bis heute mittag ist das nicht passiert.
Ich hoffe, Sie können die Mängel umgehend abstellen.

Das Mobiliar sollte gewartet werden: Rolladen Defekt, Liegestuhl angebrochen. Türgriff defekt (Balkon). Preis-Leistung i. O., da sehr preiswert. Lage nahe zu super Markt. Aussicht Top. Netter und flexibler Service vor Ort durch die lokale Betreuung.
