A tastefully furnished apartment located in the center of Sanremo, very close to the Ariston Theater, all the main shops, bars, and restaurants, and just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beaches.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and opens onto a spacious, bright living room furnished with a classic sofa and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped with every convenience.

The apartment continues with the master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom with a shower.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style.
