The hotel was very accommodating for our late check in. The room was clean and looked the way it did in the photos. There is a shop and hairdesser inside of the hotel. The pool was the best part. It was very large and clean. The restaurant stayed open until midnight which was helpful.

Great breakfast and very good variety of pastries and food options, lots of ham and cheese. Breakfast was perfect! Pool was very good, nice deckchairs, and very good hotel. Parking was too small, and not enough parking, cars parked right on top of your door so you can’t get out of your car. Beds were too small and uncomfortable, 2 single beds and 2 single mattress put together and bed kept moving. Hotel was very good, excellent condition.

Lacked basics and comfort

This stay was disappointing. The place is pretty and the staff helpful but the rooms lacked in basics. The pillows were completely flat, we had to hold them in half. No water, tea, hospitality tray, not even glasses in bathroom. Blankets we barely more than sheets and beds rock hard. Elevator from main entry floor to lobby is broken, so had to lug suitcases down a flight of stairs. Not good when one of your party has a bad leg. Wouldn't stay here again.

Good clean hotel. Not sure if it’s much of a destination it’s rather outside of Sevilla. I was on a long drive back from Portugal and it was a convenient place to stop for the night. The room was very hot and the AC didn’t seem to cool it down any there are some nice restaurants not too far away overall I think it was a fine place to stay.

First of all the reception desk staff were great. But the upper management of this hotel is greatly lacking. This hotel is basically a bus stop for tours.. there were as few as 3 many as 7 buses each night. The noise was horrible and I had very little sleep each night. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear from the rooms adjacent and above. When I complained about the noise I was told there was no other room that I could be moved to and they had received many complaints. I would never recommend this hotel, this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had, the management needs a serious change.

Excellent value for money close to Seville

Close to explore Seville but avoid crazy city prices. Car is needed however to get around. Extraordinarily large rooms with a split duplex bedroom and living quarters. Both Air cons worked well in the room and the hotel was well proportioned for restaurants and cafes and shopping. Shame that the pool was closed in April. Rooms are noise proof which was perfect as there were fans visiting for the copa del rey final.

Property doesn’t live up to the splendor it obviously used to be. Maintenance is lacking in many areas, from elevator buttons that are broken to a shower that wobbles and has little flow. Staff don’t seem concerned. I appeared at desk using a cane for mobility and I was issued a room with a loft - stairs needed to access the bedroom and washroom. What??? Not impressed.

It s the worst experience in all my life. The enter to my room at 00h00 without my permission and they took a bed. We found a lot of bedbugs ( video as proof ) , until 3am you can not sleep a lot of noise especially teenage also they nocked the doors and they run ( as kids) ............ I need my money back
