The holiday home Even lies at 1. 340 m just before the village of Feld - right next to it flows the beautiful, rushing Schwarzach.
It is ideal for a private holiday with family and friends - far from hotel tourism!

Cross-country ski trail directly behind the house, ski bus stop 1 min. walking time (only over the bridge); ski area 10 minutes away.

The apartment is rented by the week.

The apartment is furnished with real, old country furniture, as well as valuable ceramics, pictures etc.

It is already in 3. Generation owned by the family, was purchased by my grandmother as a vacation home, completely redone, renovated and lovingly completed over the years by my parents.
In 2013, central heating (pellets) was installed.

The house is lovingly furnished with real, old country furniture and many valuable pictures and furnishings to create a cozy, relaxing and memorable atmosphere (eg. Beds, chests, farm boxes, grandfather clocks ...).

The apartment 'recreation' includes 5 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen - the bedrooms are distributed on 2 upper floors.

The two bathrooms are completely new or completely renovated.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Wunderbare Woche im Haus Even

Wir, eine Gruppe von 7 langjährigen Freunden, haben eine wunderbare Woche in dem gemütlichen, liebevoll renovierten alten Bauernhof in St. Veit verbracht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die gemütliche Stube lädt zum Lesen, Entspannen, Plaudern ein, die Bäder sind modern und komfortabel renoviert. Und die Umgebung des Hauses ist wunderschön und ideal zum Langlaufen, Skitouren oder Skifahren.

Alles bestens, ist absolut toll das Bauernhaus, so richtig zum erholen und abschalten, sehr ruhig gelegen, Umgebung und Landschaft ein Traum, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden, waren schon zum zweiten mal da und haben gleich wieder gebucht, Fr. Unger ist super nett und sehr freundlich !!!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute im gemütlichen Bauernhaus wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.Der Skibus war gleich über die Straße. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Einzelbetten für Jugendliche über 1,80m nicht so geeignet, sonst alles perfekt.

Ein Geheimtipp fernab der Touristenhochburgen in idyllischer Umgebung des Nationalparks Hohe Tauern. Sehr freundliche Eigentümerin. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren hier 10 Tage wandern und haben es sehr genossen.

Mooi authentiek huis met moderne voorzieningen.

Fijn schoon huis met in de tuin de mogelijkheid om te starten met langlaufen. De skipiste liggen op enkele autominuten van het huis. Het skigebied is niet groot maar de pistes zijn zeer afwisselend en geschikt voor de beginnende en gevorderde skiër. Verder biedt skipas de mogelijk om nog naar andere skigebieden te gaan. Het huisje is voorzien van 2 erg grote slaapkamers en 3 kleinere slaapkamers.

Loipenspaß und Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche im Haus Even mit viel Sonne und ganz, ganz viel Sport. Das schöne am Haus Even ist neben der urigen und zugleich modernen (Bäder) Innenausstattung, die Lage. Wer Langlaufen gehen will geht Langlaufen, wer Skifahren will geht Skifahren und wer einfach nur den wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Antholzer See vom Staller Sattel aus genießen will, der macht das. Alle 9 waren wir happy unter einem Dach. Jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen oder die Gesellschaft der anderen zu genießen. Im Haus Even ist Platz für alle! Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub! Danke!

Ein herrlicher Skiurlaub in einem Wintermärchen

Ein herrlicher Skiurlaub in einem richtigen Wintermärchen. Trotz der gewaltigen Schneemassen und der dadurch etwas verspäteten Anreise, war unser Aufenthalt im Haus Even ein einziger Traum. Professionell und doch liebevoll vorbereitet und betreut von der Besitzerin Frau Unger, die sich mit Hilfe eines vor Ort ansässigen Betreuers um alle unsere Anliegen kümmerte, fühlten wir uns im Haus Even einfach nur „ sauwohl“. Die Lage ist idyllisch und romantisch und doch ist man schnell auf der Piste. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen auch bei anspruchsvollen Gästen (und das sind wir) keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt, daß das Haus gehegt und gepflegt wird und auch die Liebe zum Detail ist an jeder Ecke erkennbar Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause fahren und wir kommen garantiert nächsten Winter wieder in die Even. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis paßt auch, was bei 3 Kindern ein nicht unbedeutender Faktor bei der Wahl des Urlaubsziels ist. Die Schischule vor Ort hat übrigens besonders nette Schilehrer.

Austria just how you imagine it

I always wanted to celebrate in a Winter Wonderland and what is a better place than the alps? I arrived at the house with my family and we were introduced to the apartment by the owner. The house is a beautiful farm house, however, it is modern and equipped with everything you need! Most of the rooms still had the farm style but some also were quite modern, like e.g. the bathroom. When we told our kids that we're going to celebrate Austria in a farm house, they were quite scared that they'd be disconnected from the world but don't fear, Wifi is available. The rooms were clean, everything was working and there was also definitely enough snow! We also went skiing a few times. In the next village they had a good ski lift and the ski-slopes were surprisingly calm. Overall, my family and I had a great holiday in Defereggen and can definitely say that it was a winter wonderland christmas.

Traumhaus und nur dort gibt es heuer Schnee!!

Ein unglaublich gemütliches Haus mit uriger Einrichtung. Drei Familien konnten gemeinsam wunderschöne Weihnachtsferien verbringen. Das Schigebiet ist in 5 Minuten mit Auto (oder Schibus) erreichbar und zurück konnten wir bergab und über die Langlaufloipe direkt zum Haus abfahren. Die Loipe befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus, frische Kuhmilch und Butter gibt’s gleich beim Nachbarn. Wir haben schon fürs nächste Mal gebucht!

Schnee & Wohlfühlen garantiert!

Das Haus liegt idyllisch an einem Fluß! Rund ums Haus haben die Kinder unendlich viel Platz zum Schneemannbauen, direkt hinter der Langlaufloipe hinterm Haus ist es super zum Rodeln & Bobfahren. Außerdem ist eine tolle Rodelbahn (inkl. Hütte mit herrlichen Kaiserschmarrn & Glühwein) nur einen kurzen wunderschönen Spaziergang entfernt. Alt & neu wurden bei der Modernisierung des Hauses harmonisch zusammengefügt, die Bäder sind top und der alte Tischherd im Haus Herta ist eine Freude zum Kochen für viele Leute! Wir waren drei Familien. Die beiden Appartments direkt in einem Haus mit getrennten Eingängen machten es gerade für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern perfekt möglich, gemeinsam mit Freunden Zeit zu verbringen und trotzdem einen eigenen Rückzugsbereich und vor allem ruhige Schlafzonen für unsere Kleinen zu haben. Wir haben bereits wieder für nächstes Jahr reserviert! In jedem Fall 5 Sterne!!!

einfach traumhaft!

Super gemütliche Ferien waren das! Das Haus ist ideal gelegen, sehr großzügig ausgestattet und wirklich gemütlich. Zum Schigebiet ist es ein Katzensprung, zum Einkaufen auch und trotzdem ist man in solch herrlich ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber, Top-Badezimmer. Jedem zu empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!
