Relax by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the sun on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Free Wi-Fi is available and you can park directly at the apartment
The holiday apartment is located in the charming mountain village of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, in the middle of the breathtaking Salzburgerland. Known as the valley town of the popular Katschberg ski area, this atmospheric village combines authentic Alpine charm with all conveniences for a relaxing stay. You will find several shops for daily shopping and a fine selection of cosy restaurants where you can enjoy local specialities.

The Katschberg ski area is the destination for an unforgettable ski and winter holiday. Located on the border of Salzburg and Carinthia, the area offers no less than 80 km of perfectly prepared slopes, suitable for beginners as well as sporty skiers and snowboarders. Those looking for even more variety can head to the nearby ski resorts of Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and the world-famous Obertauern. Together good for around 250 km of piste fun!

Sankt Margarethen im Lungau is also a true paradise in summer. Located between the mountain Aineck and the Grainwald, the village is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities. The region boasts some 60 beautiful mountain lakes, including Prebersee and Schlierersee. Golf enthusiasts can visit the nearby Golfclub Lungau/Katschberg. On hot days, the idyllic bathing lake in Sankt Margarethen and the public swimming pools in the area offer wonderful cooling. In addition, you can reach Carinthia's famous Millstättersee and Weissensee lakes within 30 to 45 minutes.
