This impressive villa features eleven stylishly furnished bedrooms, each with a cozy queen-size bed – your very own private retreat. Two additional single rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Every room is thoughtfully designed to ensure restful nights.



You’ll have access to eleven fully equipped bathrooms with modern amenities, as well as two separate WCs – ensuring maximum comfort. The heart of the villa is the spacious living and dining area, perfect for shared moments and unforgettable memories.



The game room is a true highlight: a pool table, arcade machine, dartboard, karaoke, and foosball provide hours of fun. Those seeking relaxation will find it in the private sauna.
