This condo is amazing!! So beautifully decorated and comfortable, so clean, and a very well-appointed kitchen! We had everything we needed and more! The wall of sliders brought the outside in and we spent so much time on the lanai looking out at the ocean and listening to the relaxing sound of the fountain. The owners are very responsive and made everything very easy, even providing a credit for the beach gear we rented and used every day. We would definitely rent from Dreams again!

The location of the condo is great! Premium ocean frontage with easy access to the beach! Close to many restaurants and bars. Traffic was light at this time of year so it was easy to get onto and off the island.The condo was very clean! I’m particular about cleanliness and I was very satisfied! The decor was delightful, tasteful Florida beach vibe!The spacious condo, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, was easy to access. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, including a Keurig coffee pot. We were told that Florida law prevents hosts from supplying food products, so come prepared. We were provided well thought out, detailed check-in text from the host. These helped in finding the unit, parking, locating nearby grocery stores and such. Our host was awesome at providing us with what we needed to know!There did not appear to be many guests in the resort so it was very quiet. We heard nothing the three nights we were there. Two pitfalls and neither would impact my rave review. The first was the bugs down by the ocean at dusk. A warning to have bug spray on hand would have been helpful. I stopped to rinse the sand off my feet at the provided water station, the next morning I was covered in bites! I spent three days itching! I’m confident that the bites were obtained on the walk back to the unit. The second is that both alarm clocks went off at 6am on our first morning there. A bit annoying when we’re up a 3:45am the previous morning to catch the plane.

The property is very nice. Our pool was closed to us and if we wanted to use another pool we had to pay to use it. The sand fleas / noseeums we absolutely horrid. We couldnt go out early morning or past 4pm as we would get swarmed and bitten all over. We couldnt even sit out on the screened linai because of them.

The best condo on the island!!

We've stayed in a number of condos on the island, and this one was the best. Absolutely perfect gulf view. Quiet. Parking was convenient. Decor was bright and cheerful . Kitchen had everything. We would definitely stay again!

Sanibel VRBO at Sundial

Nice rental unit. A little pricey, but understandable due to storm damage cost recoupment. Unfortunately, limited pool availability. Love the beach proximity and view from our room.

Awesome property and location

The property was beautiful. Fully up to date and furnished. The pool was closed but expected. Close to all the Sanibel activities and waterfront views. 100% recommend. Only tip is to get your favorite spray for noseeums as they are hungry!

Lovely condo right on the beach!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo right on the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking. The condo is spacious - there were only two of us but it would easily accommodate 4 people - or more with air mattresses. The pool is still under construction but the beach was perfect! Parking under cover was nice. We also loved the credit for beach gear that comes with the rental…a really nice touch! We will be back!

I have been bringing my family and friends to Sundial every summer for the last 12 years and this is the first time I have made reservations through Vrbo, and I wish I would of done this years ago. Sundial P402 is the place to be! When walking into the condo the only word was wow! The condo is spacious, decor is spot on and the view is beautiful!! The area is quiet and the undercover parking kept my car cool. I will definitely be returning to this condo next year!!

Perfect for relaxing at the beach.
