PLEASE NOTE CONDO HAS BEEN RESTORED FROM HURRICANE SINCE 2/2025. AS OF THIS DATE SOME AMENITIES ARE STILL UNDER REPAIR--POOL, BUT EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED SOON. ADJOINING RESORT POOL AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. Our 2-bedroom condo--Sundial F401 has beachfront views complete with sliding glass doors that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. Weekly Sat. to Sat. except in value season, we can offer shorter stays, but weekly is best value. We offer a large screened wrap around balcony with furnishings. Our condo has been professional designed with upscale kitchen and baths. Flooring is ceramic tile throughout (no carpeting). Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room, queen sofa sleeper), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 cable TVs, binoculars, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, games, books, starter supplies and bath amenities, etc. Self check-in. This Sundial condominium offers 1/2 mile of uncrowded beach, free wireless internet.

Please don't confuse us with the adjoining Sundial Resort. Our condos are updated, clean, and we provide extra amenities you would not receive at the neighboring Resort property.

Family Vacation June 2022

We had a wonderful time in Sanibel. The condo was perfect. The view of the pool and ocean was amazing. We had plenty of room for our party of 5. Candy was very responsive to any of my inquiries. We loved that the condo included beach/pool towels and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have found our new favorite place to stay on the island. This is the first time we have visited Sanibel in June. We found the heat to be bearable especially having the pool and ocean right outside your door. Much less traffic than during busy season. We were able to walk right in to most of our favorite restaurants: Traders, Thistle Lodge, Doc Fords, Sanibel Cafe and Mucky Duck.

Very comfortable property. Shelling good along private beach area. Only suggestions would be to provide a shelling mesh bag for renters similar to what the main Sundial property does; other than that you've got everything anyone would need.

Sanibel Stunner!

We just arrived home from our trip to Sanibel & had an amazing time. We rented a condo at Sundial at Sanibel F401. We were so happy that we did! This unit is truly a home away from home. It’s well appointed & tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you will need from making coffee to baking cookies to mixing margaritas! The views are amazing! We overlooked the pool & had a terrific view of the ocean. We drank coffee on the lanai in the morning & cocktails in the evening. Also, the beach storage area was well stocked with new beach chairs, umbrellas & lots of children’s play toys. The complex is well maintained & taken care of. The landscaping is lush & well manicured. The pool area has lots of lounge chairs, multiple umbrellas & a beautiful pool. The best part is the distance between the pool & ocean are only footsteps away so you can take advantage of both. As vacations go, I can highly recommend this condo. We will be back soon!

Everything was really fantastic and we highly recommend the condo. Clean and efficient. The beach supplies were a plus, and it was great that they are kept in a storage area right outside the front door, which kept sand, etc. out of the condo.

Beautiful property in a great location!

We had a wonderful time at the Sundial with our 4 pre-teen/teen boys. Perfect location for them to go out to the pool and beach on their own, while we spent many leisure afternoons at the Tiki bar next door. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were really nice. The huge balcony overlooking the pool and beach was my favorite part of our week!

Great space; nice and clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, well decorated, short walk to the pool & beach. Great condo on a great stretch of beach with plenty of shells. Well stocked storage area with beach necessities (umbrella, chairs, etc). Would highly recommend and would stay here again!
