Great Views and Spacious Rental, BUT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Q404. I'm a 3-4 time a year visitor with 95% of my stays at the Sundial for 1 week visits. I did not realize this unit DOES NOT have a washer and dryer, coin operated machines are avaiable on the property.. This was completely my fault for not paying closer attention to the listing, but I would not rent this unit again because of this. When staying at a property for 1 week with children its tough not having a washer and dryer. Out of the 20+ units I have stayed at over the last severl years, this is the first time there has not been a washer /dryer available to guests. The rugs in the bathrooms need to replaced or removed altogether. The rooms are spacious, the sofa in the living room is AMAZING. Overall a good stay.
