Welcome to Pointe Santo B3! We are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting reservations! Welcome back to the island that has given so many memories!

Pointe Santo B3 is the perfect ground-floor unit to be on Sanibel Island. Imagine waking up every morning in the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Gulf! The views from the lanai are even better! You can access the lanai from both the bedroom and the living room. The condo features an open concept layout, an immaculate, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island counter seating with 6 barstools.

This 2-bedroom, 2 bath gulf-side oasis boasts 1,326 square feet with plenty of room for you and your family and/or guests. The unit itself is steps from the sandy, shell-strewn beach. No long walks to get to the beach! Pointe Santo is located mid-island, very close to shopping, grocery, & restaurants, and easily accessible by bicycle! Come and enjoy all the beauty and convenience Pointe Santo B3 has to offer!!

Condo/Resort amenities include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the Master Bath has his and her sinks)—1 King bed, 2 Full beds (sleeps 6), 3 Smart TVs, WIFI, and an in-suite washer and dryer. No Pets are allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels are included. This unit has beach chairs and beach towels.

This was our family’s first trip back at Pointe Santo de Sanibel since Ian and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The unit was updated, clean and boasted many items of convenience; beach towels, chairs & umbrellas and a well-stocked kitchen for anyone interested in making meals. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable after long days on the water or at the beach!!

We really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. It was nice we did not need to bring beach chairs, beach towels, or umbrellas.as these were provided. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely be back!

We were beyond impressed with this condo. The owner did a fantastic job with every detail of the condo. The kitchen and appliances were very nice and impressed with the high end choices.The decor is really pretty and all the furniture so comfy.The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms were so impressive felt like a spa experience. The owners/hosts are so nice and were great to communicate with arranging our stay. My husband and I both agree we have found our new favorite unit at Pointe Santo de Sanibel B3! This property is in a fantastic location, literally a 3 second walk to either the beach or pool. It's also a 2 minute drive to the main road of Sanibel and it extremely quiet. The unit itself is set up very well for a wonderful island stay and the owners were quick to respond to any questions/needs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, and a lot of care and detail went into its design. Everything seemed fresh and brand new and was finished to a very high standard. The location was perfect. Probably a 3 minute walk past the nice pool and we were at the beach. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with as well. He responded quickly to any questions I had. We definitely look forward to coming back again some day!
